Fantastic setting

Great cocktails and strong flavours. We shared a few dishes here and enjoyed them all. A bit expensive but still worth it for the experience.

Having been back multiple times since my first visit, Chinese house has done something I never thought would be possible and somehow they have continued to improve on the already incredible experience. The chef has continued to innovate with regular changes to the menu. Chinese house has become the social hub of Phnom Penh with their regular creative events and... More

Have spent several lazy (and boozy) Sundays brunching in the very relaxed Chinese House garden! Brunch dishes are very reasonably priced. Amazing food and the staff are great too. Dinner in the restaurant upstairs is also excellent.

This new restaurant in Phnom Penh seems destined for the pages of international magazines. A project of passion for a South African duo chef and manager sees a historical Chinese house on the banks of the Mekong transformed into a beautifully executed stylish bar and restaurant. The ground floor is a bar with a lovely central bar swathed in soft... More

This place was honestly so good we visited 3 times in our short 5 day stay. The food was gorgeously presented, good variety and tasted AMAZING. Even the drinks menu was well thought out with perfect wine/champagne pairing. I know it's not your traditional Cambodian restaurant but this place is not to be missed. The building is beautiful and the... More

I stumbled upon the Chinese house by accident while in phnom Penh. It was by far the best accident that happened in my trip to Cambodia. The food was delicious and fairly priced for the craft and effort that the excellent chef put into my meal. I ended up eating there 3 nights in a row. The staff are friendly... More

Yum! The new menus by chef Amy continue to impress with fresh, imaginative and beautifully presented creations. The revamped space seems to transform from one mealtime offering to another. If you're after a chilled brunch, a tasty lunch, classy dinner or funky dj session in to the late evening and appreciate fantastic service...we enjoyed them all. Will definitely be back.... More
