Every time I come to Phnom Penh I come to Blue Cat. It is still relatively undiscovered even though just off the Riverside, but a far cry from the usual tourist traps or rip offs. Service is excellent, food delicious, and the attitude friendly and always welcoming. I recommend the passion fruit mojito!!! First class place!!

It is not hard to understand why this restaurant received so much love. The food here is a happy Asian American love child. Not pretentious. Not being hard to get. Just really down to earth good food that made excellent use of both Asian and American elements. Highly recommended!

I can't say no to a mango shake, and this spot has a pretty good one. Very relaxed atmosphere with a pool table. Pretty waitresses if you're looking for eye candy.

Not pretentious restaurant. Very down to earth and good prices for wholesome food. Staff very attentive. Sirloin steak very good. Cocktails too good!!

The foods at there were very delicious and the restaurant is very comfortable. Talking about the price is ok. I'll go there next time agian.

Having read some of recent Blue Cat reviews criticizing the service, I can only conclude that these people visited on an exceedingly rare off day.
