Yumi is an posh cherished Japanese bistro that dish up a incomplete assortment of foodstuff. That's not a awful obsession! The centre at this time is on excellence, not amount. I advise their pumpkin gyoza. It was far-off and gone single of their most excellent tableware. I contain be at this time a small number of era and the foodstuff... More

My wife and I loved this place and went many times but with 24hrs notice it closed as, from what I heard, "...The owner went back to the UK." To save everyone a journey with a sad ending, I feel it would be polite if the former management made clear it is actually closed on Tripadvisor or on their discontinued... More

I go to Yumi after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. Yumi is small so it s not easy to find here. Food is not good except for sushi. However, I like bar and dessert more. There are a lot of wine in menu for each dish. Although Yumi is small and busy ,service is professional and staffs are friendly, speak great... More

In my opinion Yumi is one of the best places to eat out in Phnom Penh. At the third day of my trip there, I and my friends decided to have dinner in a modern restaurant and we chose Yumi. The staff are friendly and service is very professional. I think we all agreed the best was the dessert. The... More

I have been here a few times and the food has always been excellent. Hard to get a table sometimes if you don't book in advance for dinner. Will come back.

The place is tiny and tucked away but worth your palate! Yes, it's all fusion dishes so don't expect a FULL plate. However, the food are exceptionally prepared well and very rich and delicious. So, I went home with a "full" stomach in disguise because the richness and experience was very "filling"! :-)

From the looks of it, it didn't stand out as a place that could provide gourmet style food...but it really did! Our group of 12 ordered a large sampling of nearly everything on the menu and every item was, without fail, pleasing. Of note were the ribs and Calamari. Staff was just so nice and helpful and spoke great English.... More

We went to Yumi on a special anniversary and really liked it. The food is best described as Japanese-Fusion but they do not have raw fish (quality issue in Cambo). A nice change from the quite bland Cambodian fare. The food, especially the ribs, is superb. They have an Ok wine list. The staff is very friendly and attentiv but... More

This was my favourite Phnom Penh eatery. It's a gorgeous restaurant, tucked away in the back streets of BKK1. Terrific cocktails, lovely decor but the menu is really what makes this place such a treat.

Yumi is a petite restaurant, bar and grill in a garden like setting. Caspar von Hofmannsthal the propieter and his staff have managed to pull off a menu combining sushi (with cooked fis) and BBQ ribs, both amongst some of the best that I havd anywhere. You have to try the ribs which have a great tangy and spicey sause... More
