After a memorable visit to Pacharan in HCMC, I was determined to visit the restaurant in Phnom Penh. Heard a rumour that it is now operating at the Quay Hotel, up north from the original location but was not able to verify.

This must be one of the nicest locations by the riverfront so definitely worth a visit, especially for drinks as the food is not that great and a little pricey for what it is.

Tried to go here last week when in Phnom Penh. Went to the address per lonely planet and although the sign is still up the downstairs had been taken over by another restaurant and the upstairs was shut. A local tuk tuk driver said it had moved, but then took us to a completely different spanish restaurant the other side... More

Nice building with a nice view but what an awful food experience. The food is tastless cold and sometimes very oily. The service don't exist unless chating jocking with the collegues and forgeting the clients is good service. Never again in that place. I m Sorry. And know i understand why they were only few tourists.

I have eaten in Spain many times and love Iberian food and culture. So what a treat this place was. A gem and an oasis of, well Europe meets Asia done too perfection.. The paella, tapas and deserts with excellent red wine....wow Highly recommended and great fun on the Tuesday Loc parties

Pacharan located in a what could be a nice old building near the riverfront in Phnom Penh was quite a let down for us. First the outside really needs to be cleaned up, second the staff needs some serious training, and third the prices need to be slahed if they ever want patrons to return. The food portions were very... More

The restaurant is in great old building and nice inside but service and food disapointing. A lot of the tapas foods are pre-prepared and microwaved, service poor. Better places to eat further up riverside.

I have been going to pacharan several times before, and over the years i got a bit disapointed. I came back a few days ago having some friends from Italy, and i heard (and definetly saw) that dishes were changing, carefully presented and tasting good. The menu has been diversified, with exquisite new mains, and i think the fish i... More

Pacharan, nice inside, but a dump outside. Nobody likes to walk past a pile of junk to go into a restaurant, at least nobody i know does. Clean it up and then you might have more than two people in your place during your lunch time. You know what they say about first impressions, well I believe that and you... More
