Food is definitely above average. Chicken cashew is the best I've had in Cambodia. Favorite dish we shared was squash fritters with a cheese sauce. Teacher took our order then supervised the students in serving and busing. We got very efficious service. Go to their website to make a reservation.

Friends comes highly recommended and there are some good features but its not as good as it used to be and there are many new competitors snapping at its heels. So why the average rating? The restaurant has become the hang out for tourists and tour groups. There are other up and coming places that deserve consideration. The price for... More

I always over order when I'm here because everything is so good and they are tapas:) My recommendations are the hummus, the fried shrimp and the amazing risotto 'meat' balls with marinara☺️

Excellent tapas and good service in a school restaurant. The teachers work directly with the students as they learn the restaurant trade. The food is ambitious and very good. One of the best meals I had in Cambodia.

Lovely creative tapas, nice service and decent prices. We had the Chilled Indian Spiced Zucchini Soup with Yoghurt and Mint, a monthly special soup from Morocco, the Roasted Zucchini and Chinese Pear with Cardamom, Basil and Lemon, the Grilled Fish Filet with Salsa Verde and some wonderful shakes, yummy!

This is our second school restaurant we have been to in Cambodia. It is a wonderful way to teach a skill that will last a lifetime. The teachers were right there working with the students and the food was really good and a very nice presentation. Well done.

Friends sells tapas food so although it is extremely yummy it costs a bit more than your average Cambodian restaurant because you have to get two plates of food. Also if you are in the mood for something fun ask for tarantula (it's not not on the menu but they do serve it). Next door is the NGO shop where... More

Had real good tapas, wine and dessert whilst at friends. Loved the selection, was difficult choosing what to eat because of it. Would go back there in a heartbeat

This simple restaurant provides really good Khmer food and also serves as a training ground for young Cambodians. The prices are extremely reasonable and the restaurant is located in a convenient location just off 178 Street not far from the Foreign Correspondents Club, the National Museum and Royal Palace

Short tuktuk ride from anywhere Friends is a place you have to go to and support a great cause. Staff are street kids who have been given a 2nd chance in life. The floor staff are easily recognisable by their shirts which have either teacher or student written on the back.... a great idea which allows you to be a... More
