How anyone can complain about this place is beyond me and proves how small minded people can be. This place was created to provide a better life for the young people of Cambodia. The fact the menu is as good and as diverse as it it is just a major bonus ! I travelled here as part of a tour... More

Service was excellent and extremely prompt, probably because we arrived at 6pm for dinner. Our party of 8 ordered a selection of tapas, all very good, particularly the juicy shrimp wontons, zucchini cheddar fritters and exotic fried red ants with lashings of lemongrass and holy basil. The buffalo burger was nicely gamey with a side of sweet potato fries. Drinks-wise,... More

It is strange how this resto became a number 3 in the top of Tripadvisors list, it's definitely has nothing to do with the French cuisine. Yes it's more like a training school, with the unprofessional teachers. They bring all the food in once, no meal serving per course. Their zucchini called roasted but it was not, the baguette was... Really enjoyed my stay at Friends. Service and food was outstanding. Watch the students and teachers cook your meal while you marvel at their cool deco. Will be back for sure.

A huge choice of very good food, in tapas style and plenty to choose for vegetarian - especially in Cambodia! Nice set up and great to see some valuable community work taking place, go and support these people!

What a nice charity project this is! Young people are given opportunities and this is what they really need. The food is very good and The service couldn't be better. We were happy we visited this organisation!

Compared to the UK, prices were good value, however, it is always full with tourists, so if that is not your scene, it is better to avoid it. Overall, the food is ok but it doesn't reflect real Cambodian fare. Drinks are ok.

We went here based on trip advisor reviews and because of the good work it does providing hospitality training for disadvantaged youth. The cause is a great one and although, as others have mentioned, it is a little on the pricey side for Cambodia, the money is going to a good cause and it it is still very cheap compared... More

Don't get me wrong, the cause is great, but this is not cause-advisor. The place as restaurant is very overrated here on Tripadvisor, average food with tourists prices. I didn't finish my cashew chicken and I was very hungry ...

Nice ambiance, little pricey, small portions. Trendy charitable restaurant with a hint of pretentiousness.
