OK you wait until a table is available (no bookings). A problem? No. Simply worth this little inconvenience. We had a lovely meal based on 3 dishes + a side order of baghette, 2 beers, 1 dessert and 1 cocktail. Cost was under $30 and everything we had was both delicious and well executed. It will not disappoint food wise.... More

There has got to be a reason why this place ranks #2 on tripadvisor right? That's how my boyfriend and I ended up having dinner here on our 3rd day in Phnom Penh. The service standard here is really good because it's like a training centre to help Cambodians get ahead in the service sector as well as to provide... More

My husband and I had dinner at Friends one evening while in Phnom Penh and weren't disappointed. Both of our entrees were delicious and the perfect amount of food (not too little or too much.) Definitely try the fruit smoothies, as they were cool and refreshing on a humid day. The menu has a nice variety of things to choose... More

It didn't have a kid-friendly menu but our 8, 10, and 13 year managed to like the things we ordered. The tapas we all shared so they could sample those and we're really delicious. It was a fun dining experience for all of us and the food was great!

It's good to eat in this restaurant where staff are street children who we're trained and developed to work in the hospitality industry like this restaurant. My husband and I liked their chicken with mango and cashew nuts. So tasty and not pricey, just enough! I can say that while you're patronizing the restaurant you are also helping these people... I think this has been really over-rated. If visiting this restaurant for a good cause YES but not for the food. The portion were very little and some of the dishes were tasteless. It is a bit pricey for such living standards..

A wonderful fusion of Khmer and Western food. The restaurant trains street families to cook and work in the hospitality trade. The restaurant offers a wide menu, the food is beautifully presented and very reasonably priced. We chose a variety of tapas type dishes which were delicious. You can see the food being cooked which is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Every restaurant has an off day I guess. I think I must have been unlucky when visiting Friends. My main meal (fish) was nothing to write home about (and was v undercooked in the middle). I realise they're very different kinds of venue but Friends had nothing on Tepui where we ate the night before - the food at Tepui... More

The staff is friendly, the surroundings and the location is nice, and the food is great! Their burger tops even the Ferg burger from New Zealand. It was the most tasefuld, fresh and delicious burger i have ever had!
