Exquisite Georgian cuisine, with some weakness, great value for money

This restaurant serving Armenian-Georgian food was introduced as one of the best known of Yerevan, by our Armenians fellows who accompanied us there. In fact, the kitchen appeared to us Georgian more than Armenian. I, recommended by other friends who previously knew it, ordered "kincali" (sort of giant ravioli), "alagyar" (soup of beans and lentils, with plenty of garlic), "khachapuri"... More

They call it Kofkaaz! It's such a fantastic place. I went there twice for lunch in Feb and April and loved every mean I ordered. I had the amazing Khash, the Pork chops, and a fish mean wrapped in Lavash bread. The food and drink together with the atmosphere makes it a wonderfully relaxing place to eat.

We just back from this place. Unfortunately, this place completely ruined our believe in Armenian service. Waiter was slow, forgot to bring dishes and brought things we don't order. it took us about 10 minutes to ask him again and again to bring us bill. After awesome service in Tbilisi - this was complete disaster.

The tavern is good for budget travelers, because you can get normal food with affordable price. Armenian dance performance included. You can see some Armenian performances, while you have your meal there. Music was awful! Both the singers and the quality of songs. Also music was to high and we couldn't hear each other. And another thing it was terribly... More

Had dinner here on my first day in Yerevan. Recommended by the hostel. Didn't know what to expect. The food turned out to be really yummy and prices were good too. Quite a good selection of food and didn't know how to select! Came here twice for dinner during my one week stay in Yerevan.

We had our farewell dinner this year (we were a group of 11), we had different dishes each and some of us were satisfied and others totally deceived, they have this strange habit to bring drinks (lots of opened bottles of juices ) we did not order and one of us had requested specifically not to do that as this...
