A really beautiful place and the food is excellent and beautifully presented. It was a hot night when we were there and there is no aircon but the fans seemed to do the job well enough. I wish I had been hungrier but every dish we had was lovely. Perhaps not the caramelised prawns - sweet prawns may not be... More

Excellent duck and pork dishes, and excellent ice cream. We would have ordered more but we'd pigged out earlier in the day. Despite ordering few dishes, the service was gracious and without pressure to order more. The ambiance is lovely, and a pianist played classical music throughout our visit. What a pleasure!

I had the chicken chilli lemongrass which was divine! The decor was just beautiful and very quiet away from the city centre. The staff were very attentive. The only thing I would say needs improving are the cocktails. They were very strong (which we usually don't mind) but we couldn't finish them. I'd stick to the wine menu! Apart from... More

This lovely colonial style restaurant is set in a newly built building, tucked away in a quiet street near the Citadel. All taxi drivers know it. Elegantly decorated, with seating on two levels including a garden and first floor terrace. Lovely ambiance and soft lighting with live piano music. Menu is French, Italian and French-influenced Vietnamese. Staff are very friendly... More

We enjoyed our dinner here earlier this week, very nice food, lovely old colonial style building, staff very friendly and helpful. This was our best meal during our stay in Hue.

This is suppose to be a top rated restaurant in Hue. The food was disappointing in so many ways. We had a large group so we tasted many different dishes: The spaghetti bolognese was sweet; the fish with lime was dry; the steak was chewy; Caesar salad drowning in dressing and top this off with no AC.

My partner and I decided to go for dinner and we were not disappointed! As others said a great selection of wines and even the house wines by the glass were lovely (100,000 dong per glass). I ordered the avocado, shrimp and bacon salad and it was lovely! Big portion but late it all. My partner ordered a mango salad... More

We just got the cheese board for 200,000 dong, not cheap, especially for Vietnam, but it was delicious. We got two hot baguettes and masses of cheese! There's nothing worse than ordering a cheese board and not getting enough cheese, but this wasn't an issue here. We were pretty stuffed after sharing just this. A bit of butter would've been... Great choice of restaurant in Hue. Food was Vietnamese with more than a smattering of French influence. Not really the style we would seek but nonetheless very well done. The atmosphere and deco were fabulous, very much French colonial and done tastefully. Lots of interesting art, both classic and contemporary All in all well worth a visit
