One of the best hidden treasure's we've found

The wintery grey skies of Hue didn't do much to welcome us, and as we weaved through the traffic on our dodgy rented motorbikes we felt as though we were somewhere deep within Soviet Russia rather than the green pastures of Vietnam that we had seen in all the guide books. My subconscious was... read more

This place was very hidden so you definitely have to know where to go to find it. The atmosphere was pretty with an old-traditional look. I was very surprised to see that our small group were the only people dining in the restaurant and we were that at prime dinner time. They had the best, most ornate decorative food carvings... More

I had dinner in this restaurant on few occasion and it used to be nice in the past due to proper management. Last month I had dinner and ordered for Tom Yam soup which is a popular Thai soup and the soup was not at all Tom Yam soup, it was Vietnamese soup. When we talked to them they had... More

Not a single westerner in sight (apart from us). It is where locals eat, what better advertisement if you want good vietnamese food. The staff were very helpful in planning the meal. It is the sort of place I would want to go to time and again to work through the menu.

As others have said, this is a beautiful place ... worth the visit even if you don't eat there ... We were there in the evening and let our imaginations run wild with this most romantic setting. The meal was excellent and the service was quite good ... and, all things considered, is worth the extra expense.

We were part of a group tour of about 24 people. We were served a wonderful 12 course lunch. Food was amongst best I ever had anywhere and service could not have been better - friendly, efficient, nice explanations of each dish.

The place is gorgeous, the plates well dressed, and... that's it. The food and the wine are unfortunately very far from expectations. Should not be rated as fair price in trip advisor. This is just impossible regarding the place.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel as serving the best Vietnamese food in Hue and we were not disappointed. We had two of the fixed price menus. The food was delicious and presentation the best we've seen in Vietnam. The service was fabulous and surroundings superb.

Elegant and quiet atmosphere in a residential neighbourhood. Some of the building is original and some new-all in the royal style. The country duck was fantastic as was everything else. We definitely recommend this for a special night out in Hue.

Our guide said this restaurant was the best in Hue. My friends said it was the best food they had in the last week in viet nam. Atmosphere couldn't be better. I love the food here!
