Lovely

This was walking distance from our hotel, it looks as if a lot of tourists dine here. I don't know if pasta is a staple dish in most Vietnamese restaurants but the pasta here is really good! Loved the fish, the coffee and the pasta!

The restaurant was okay. The Pho Bo tasted like instant pho from a package. It even had those imitation meatballs that come in the seasoning. However their deep fried shrimp spring rolls were done perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The place is right by the busy tourist area of Le Loi St. Local food with some Western food. Suggest you go local so as not no get disappointed when you order Western food and doesn't come out the way you expected. Western food is offered but prepared the local way. Giving it a 3 star as it is true... More

Despite its name and focus on fruit shakes, Banana Mango had the best Vietnamese salads of the 5 cities we visited in Vietnam. We ordered broadly from the menu and our group of 8 Aussie foodies could not go wrong with any of our meals. Perhaps a little westernised inside but food was the real deal. We shopped around but... We ordered their Vietnamese coffee, and I haven't had such perfect blend of bitterness and goodness in a coffee ever! The food were cooked really good and can satisfy two persons depending on your appetite. It is near the Holiday Diamond Hotel, and etc. I can't remember the names of the dishes, so just refer to the photo. All in... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We had Crispy noodles and a delicious tofu dish. Wine ok and not too pricey. Strongly recommend.

It's not a luxury setting but the fresh prepared local food is flavoursome and plentiful. Owner chef is friendly and helpful.

My mother and I visited Banana Mango for lunch, as it was across the street from our hotel, Huong Giang, and recommended by our tour guide. We ordered spring rolls with pork for an appetizer, crispy noodles with chicken, and squid with vegetables for entrees, and a large water and can of diet coke for beverages. The spring rolls were... Pushed to us by our guide. Cheap and pleasant, but struggled to find any dish with any taste. Probably aimed at western visitors who don't want any local flavours.

We ate here twice and both times were very satisfied. Extensive menu, prompt service. The crunchy noodles were the best I have ever had. Restaurant came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. This is a casual eatery so don't expect luxury surroundings. That aside the food is excellent and has good value. Use extreme caution crossing streets. Cars and... More
