Great little find!

We stumbled across this cafe and had an ice coffee and loved the feel of it. They do a lot of charity work and you can see where the disadvantaged young people they have trained have ended up working. They also use products made by charities! We returned for more ice coffee and the 'grown up... read more

Fab little cafe with delicious homemade pastries, enormous sandwiches and tasty cakes although (disappointingly) average coffee. Perfect after a long train/bus ride into Hue. The service is delightful, it's great value and it's in a great cause. Go.

This is a great little cafe. The staff are lovely. The pastries really good for vietnam and the cafe itself is clean and comfortable with a good balcony. Only thing that let's it down is the coffee. Ordered a latte and it was just a milky coffee. Oh and they seem to have a wasp problem.......

Dear Mrs, Mr, Thank you for your comment. We are happy that you appreciate our place. We would like also to apologize for the cafe latte and specify that we solved the wasp problem ! The terrace is safe, and we look forward to welcoming you another time at the French Bakery. Best regards More

Quaint little bakery. Very nice food if you're needing some home comforts. Recommend croissant sandwich and banana shakes. Quiet cafe, good for a chill with nice staff

We came here for brunch on a Saturday as a special treat. Having looked up this cafe on trip advisor we had great expectations, but left a little disappointed. The cafe looks lovely and is really nicely decorated. It's very sweet and we sat upstairs where it is quiet and you can play dominos etc...a lovely idea. They also run... More

This place was recommended in the rough guide book and rightfully so. The lady running the cafe was lovely. So nice and polite and happy. We went back the second day just to try more things on the menu. The baguette breast was clever and full of flavour and all the pastries and cakes were the best since we have... More

We decamped here in the vain hope it might stop raining. It didn't. So we spent the day enjoying latte, jasmine tea, baguettes and pastries while reading. There aren't any soft seats but the service was prompt and pleasant and it kept us out of the day long torrential rain!

I'm not a coffee drinker. So I had the hot chocolate here with condensed milk. I know it's super sweet and decadent but I had to have it. It was the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. Then you combine that with homemade cakes and fantastic gelato. The caramel cashew nut gelato and chocolate gelato were both... More

We stopped here for breakfast after getting the overnight train from Ninh Binh on the way to our hotel and it was AMAZING. The Pain Au Chocolats were perfect and just as good as you could get in Europe. The staff are also lovely.
