I'm not a coffee drinker. So I had the hot chocolate here with condensed milk. I know it's super sweet and decadent but I had to have it. It was the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. Then you combine that with homemade cakes and fantastic gelato. The caramel cashew nut gelato and chocolate gelato were both... More

We stopped here for breakfast after getting the overnight train from Ninh Binh on the way to our hotel and it was AMAZING. The Pain Au Chocolats were perfect and just as good as you could get in Europe. The staff are also lovely.

This central bakery has a menu of sandwiches and other savouries, as well as cakes. The ham baguette I had was good, although not quite like those you can buy in France - it must be the flour. My companion had a croque Monsieur which she said was tasty. The menu is limited and I would suggest this is more... More

For the price paid we enjoyed our lunch stop. This is never going to be gourmet food but for a croque, quiche and a slice of pineapple cake and two waters it was less than 115,000 VND (£3.50) so do not understand the £££ rating on TA (which initially put me off!) Staff were pleasant and despite the size of... More

The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing but the food is overrated. It was really cheap but not the best meal I have had since visiting vietnam. Dining with three friends and the meals came out.at separate times. One meal came out 15 minutes later than the first meal.

After an all day moped tour, I asked the guide if we could pop in here for snacks. I had a crossiant and a pain au chocolat (or what I thought was a pain au chocolat). The crossiants were average, maybe they had been sitting out all day, but they certainly didn't have the texture of a fresh crossiant. The... More

Came by a few times for a lovely coffee and light meal. The take away big loaves of dark bread are the best I've had in Asia and just 22,000. The staff is bilingual maybe tri and very attentive but often seem to be under staffed and over worked, right next to the Sinh Tourist office convenient to stock up... More
