Came here twice during our stay on hue.. Food was simple but tasty not forgetting cheap. Visited the second time for drinks - cheap cheap.

I had a simple bowl of noodles with sliced pork, along with a smoothie. First off, the banana and orange smoothie was ice cold and thick like a milk shake. And so good. But, the simple meal I ordered had such fresh veggies in it and the sauce was wonderful that I forgot the whole thing cost me 40,000 dong.... More

Nice and quiet surroundings. the staff is friendly and speak good English, however the food is not impressive and also a bit overpriced.

What a wonderful little Vietnamese local resturaunt. This family run street restaurant has great service and menu in English. Fast efficient service great food, juices and beer. Very clean restaurant and western WC. Highly recommend, five star local restaurant

I have visited Phuong Nam over a ten year period unfortunately they have lost it we were there from 5 to 8 pm the only customers they had cold beer ran out TV was playing loud children's stuff the food we ordered was ok I realy don't know what to say . The friends I took there just couldn't see... More

One of the few times I feel like TA has let me down. Out of our 36 meals in Vietnam this came in at 35. Vietnamese pancakes here were more like bad Aussie potato-cakes and the chicken noodle dish I had was v. ordinary. We all voted to leave and east somewhere else.

The food here was fine and the prices were pretty reasonable for dinner. We tried the nem lui, which were not as good as the other iterations we've had, the excellent mixed fried rice, and the caramelized pork, which was disappointing (my companion declared that it "tasted like fart").
