Although a bit more expensive and hidden, both excellent food and friendly as well as helpful service make this restaurant a fantastic choice which is worth searching for. See for yourselves.

What a gem. This place was hard to find due to traffic disruptions in town. Finally, you enter through a slender passage way , up a staircase and discover a wonderful set of rooms filled with artifacts and interesting furnishings. This does feel like a fine dining experience but without the price tag found in Australia. The food was nothing... More

A great example of Colonial architecture. Very large menu with great food. Only one wine by the glass, so be prepared to buy a bottle. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Good service.

I cannot stress enough how much i love this place - first it is incredibly beautiful inside which is a bit of a surprise when you go down a little corridor and up the stairs. I have been a couple of years before and then again now. The food is just spectacular and it is so rediculous affordable it is... More

We were here on two occasions recently, both times we had great food, and very good service. The restaurant is set in an old building, and retains a lot of French Charm, the atmosphere is good, and its nice to eat somewhere civilized with nice people around you!.

We loved this restaurant, it felt a bit like slipping back into Saigon in the '40's. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and decided to return for dinner a couple of nights later for my birthday which was also a great night.

This place is beautiful but beauty doesn't make a place. There are a few waiters here who are really stuck up and rude and like to argue to customers. I'd expect better from a pricey place like this.

Sure, there were only tourists in the place, but, the food was excellent and authentic, the decor was inviting, and the staff was great. You'll pay more to eat there than at a local joint, but, it's a safe bet.

We liked the restaurant a lot, the decor is lovely and feels very stylish and elegant. The drinks were pricey which was a shame as the cocktails looked amazing. The food was good and service fine.

We went based upon lonely planet recommendation but overall we're disappointed, particularly when the other top choice recommendation in the book was so good. The only time in nearly three weeks in Vietnam that the spring rolls had gristle in them, a waiter who looked like he wished he was anywhere else (bad given that 10% service charge was obligatory)...
