loved the fusion of Vietnamese and Western culinary styles. Nothing to dislike at all as this was a great dining experience.

Watched this restaurant being built on TV so I thought I'd give it a go. Went in at lunch time to have a drink and check out the menu for later. Heaps of black dressed staff standing around looking bored. No customers, no atmosphere, just an average experience. Menu selection was average for a high profile place. Disappointed.

I must admit that at first we were a little disappointed as we thought it was going to be Contemporary Vietnamese cuisine or Vietnamese fusion but it unfortunately it was ... Um ..... I guess mainly Contemporary American with some clever Japanese twists. Personally i would do away with the likes of burgers and mac n cheese on the menu... More

interesting menu done with an asian twist, simple but well elaborated. definitely worth visiting when in Saigon, convenient location, just right beside the Intercontinental Asiana Saigon. presentation of food is great, staff are lovely, very welcoming and decoration of restaurant is quirky fun, nothing too pretentious. i love it!

Food was absolutely delicious! I loved the prosciutto and hummus as well as the duck I ordered. Best of all, I was able to take a photo with my family alongside Bobbi Chinn himself ☺

Although I was expecting to eat some Asian cuisine, Booby Chinn's was a very good experience. Great food and fantastic service made this a very memorable visit. I can highly recommended the Rib for Two! Will be sure to visit again!

Had a great dinner tonight. Nice martini, just right. I had the BBQ bean soup: good. Then the lamb shank with couscous and roasted eggplant with spinach. Excellent.
