I am no authority on Italian food, but when the food speaks for itself, there is little doubt left. Ciao Bella is a sure delight for a foodie in HCMC. Expensive yes, but worth every penny I'd say.

The food is constantly good, the service is fast and efficient. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the only minor gripe I have is that tables are placed extremely close to each other; forget any romantic dinner here. I can only presume that the French poster who shredded the restaurant in his review is a competitor. True, the menu is... More

Visited this restaurant again this year on a Business trip with UK and Thai colleagues. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere - highlights were Posh Carbonara and the Seafood platter. Consistently good this restaurant deserves it's high ranking on this site, just wish I could go there more often.

Was googling for great eats in HCM and came across Ciao Bella, thinking how good is italian here and decide to make reservation. After a quick email, I got a reply confirming my seats! Served a free glass of prosecco bubbly each and decided to order a whole bottle to go with dinner. Everything from their Starters, Pizza to pasta... More

I found this restaurant after reading reviews on tripadvisor. It really did not disappoint. It's a lovely romantic setting with candles on the table. My starter was delicious - arancini di riso. Then my main course was posh carbonara. I will not tell you how it is prepared but definitely the best carbonara I've had. Complementary prosecco and lemonchello is... More

We had a light lunch here but ordered lots of food. the open drinks tastes very good. But it has alcohol in it. For appetiser we ordered razor clam. Very very good! Little spicy with garlic in it. We also ordered risotto, ravioli and spaghetti. Risotto and ravioli are both too creamy, too heavy......... Spaghetti is good. Maybe we will try... More

Really enjoyable food for a lunchtime in HCMC. Pasta is delicious and the three course special at lunch is great value. Saffron is probably a better choice but Ciao Bella had the same level of excellent service.

A lovely little Italian in the heart of HCMC. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary prosecco. The food was really good and the staff were super friendly.
