Great little spot to get out of the heat and refresh with incredible coffee! We had a iced Vietnamese coffee and a macchiato - perfect way to refresh, jump on wifi and recharge for the next adventure. We shared a pork and fennel sausage roll which wasn't that great but definitely come back for the brew.

My husband, 5 kids and I were in HCMC for a week and ate at L'Usine 3 times! We went for both breakfast and lunch and it was excellent. Highly recommend the yogurt parfait!

Lovely little cafe/store within a fantastic building thats been renovated in great style. Loved just getting to it -down a dark alley and up a narrow flight of stairs and onto a covered verandah with a view to the surrounding buildings. The food was really good here too.

a good place to chill in Ho Chi Minh city. Situated at the end of an enclosed alley, a flight or stairs will lead you up to the restaurant which opens into the inner court yard. Open spare concept where tables and positioned unsystematic ally. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Saigon...............but the place can be quiet noisy... More

After a 3 week jaunt in SE Asia, we were on our last day in HCM city and on the prowl for food that wasn't Asian (sometimes, you just get sick of it!) L'Usine drew us in immediately. Inviting and unassuming in atmosphere, it sits on the second floor of a little shop. The service was a little slow, but... More

I've had lunch here on a few occasions, and consider it as a "go to" place. It's certainly a great place for lunch. There seems to be a mix of menu and daily specials. I took the croque monsieur, which they get right. Colleagues had various sandwiches and dishes, everyone enjoyed what they had. The setting is modern and good.... More

Went here for breakfast/brunch on two consecutive days. Food was superb, generous (too generous) portions and extremely tasty. Nice dining room with good ambiance. Most other guests were either western expats or vacationers.

It's my first time coming there and I think I will never come back to this place. The staff are extremely rude, closing the cafe at 10:15pm although before they said they close at 10:30pm. When we said we want to go to the balcony for 10-15 minutes to see the view, they all said they're closing so they would... More
