A nice little restaurant on a side street in a busy part of HCMC with a decent range of vegetarian meals. I chose tofu and soy sauce, but then it came it was tofu in tomato sauce with a little side bowl of soy sauce. Only when I got my bill did I realise their error, but the food was... More

A very small restaurant located strategically in the center near the tourist attractions. We ordered Beef Steak and Egg for 115.000 VND and Szechuan Style Prawns for 130.000VND. Both are really sumptous. One order is good for 2 persons. The restaurant is clean but the wait staff are not so friendly. Though, the staff from the outside is really helpful.... More

This is a small place but serve good food at reasonable price. We were there late in the evening before closing time hence the waiters were able to give full attention to us. I would recommend the soft shell crab, fried brinjal, grilled prawns and ginger chicken.

I've been here a couple of times over the years. The food has been consistently good. It's popular for business meetings with asian expats..

We had just flown into HCMC (Saigon to those over 40!) and were looking for a place to have a quick supper. Just opposite our hotel in a side street just off the Main road in HCMC we found this tiny Restaurant tucked in between a Tourist shop and a Tailors. We looked in and saw a lot of local... More

We used this restaurant twice while staying in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Both times we were pleased with the range of Vietnamese food on offer and the meals were well cooked. The restaurant is in a popular part of District 1 ( close to Caravelle and Duxton Hotels) but has very reasonable prices. Would definitely use it again if... More

We happened upon this restaurant on our.first night in HCMC, and were very pleased with the cleanliness, service, and flavorful food. The menu is large, and wine is also offered at a reasonable price, something not very common in SE Asia! We returned with friends for a second visit, and again found that we were among the few dining early.... More

This is a small, well priced restaurant with a large, varied menu. We had Vietnamese food- noodles with crabmeat and water spinach with beef for lunch although apparently the restaurant also serves breakfast, western food and is open until 11pm. The service was efficient. We happen to have just wandered by, famished, and decided to give it a try but... More

After travelling through Vietnam for 3 weeks and enjoying the food at both local and western establishments on our last night we went to Goldfish. We had checked their menu earlier and were keen to have fish for dinner. How disappointed we were when a dish of fried calamari turned out to be crumbed rings out of a packet. This... More

I was a little reluctant at first to visit this restaurant as I thought it might be too touristy being located in a pedestrianised alley between 2 of central HCMC's main streets. But it was Tet, and several places on 'my list' were closed. We sat outside on a balmy evening, enjoying the crowds passing by to view the Tet... More
