Like it!

Living in Saigon is very nice and the food is great! But just now and again you want those nice European style breakfasts with some proper Chocolate milk, nice croissants and bread. This is def the place to go and get a moment back in Europe.

This was very near our hotel so we went here to buy some croissants for snacks. Although the croissants were average to good, and nothing really to rave about, we went back here on our last day to buy some mini jars of jams made from popular Vietnamese/Mekong Delta fruits. The jams were in boxes of 3s, 5s and 6s,... More

Tried this cafe around noon tea and I was disappointed with the pastries. Temperature was too high for their range of pastries, basic croissants were average, cappucino were substandard. Place was tidy, service staff were polite and prompt. Really should have done better in terms of it's food and beverage.

An incredible selection of authentic French pastries and bread. I stop here pretty much every week to pick up bread and lemon tart for my wife who loves them. If I am feeling decadent, I buy a Paris-Brest for myself. You can buy to take away or you can sit and enjoy. They make delicious sandwiches. They also sell a... More

We had breakfast here yesterday. Tremendously disappointing. We both had a long black coffee, which came from a machine, yet tasted like bad instant. Weak would be too kind a word. The cup/mug it was served in was impossible to lift by the handle. That inattention to detail says it all. They have an in house bakery, visible at the... More

I went here about a week ago with two friends! The pasties are so amazingly tasty! We had one of the best cakes i hunk I have ever had in my life, it was a creamy chocolate square with a crunch wafers like bottom. We also enjoyed the sandwiches and salad (which was huge). We where given complimentary little bites... More

Superbe! Everything is stellar here. The coffee, croissants, cakes and tarts, sandwiches and salads. And the staff! We highly reccommend this tiny cafe near the Ben Thanh Market. We also got my birthday cake here! You will want to go regularly, the delicious bread is sold at half price late in the day. The croissants are made with French butter... More

A few steps from our hotel (the Anpha) we stopped to have a good coffee and a pastry at this small cafe and saw some other patrons eating what looked like very good salads, so we went back the next day and ordered some for ourselves, and they were very good. Then returned the next day for more pastries, brioche... More

We came back to Saigon after 8 month, for a mini-sojourn between 31st of Jan and 3rd of Feb and with this occasion we have re-visited the Coffee shop "Une journee a Paris". This time we have been welcomed by the owner, which in the same best manner as his wife last year, helped us to make the best choices for... More
