Starting from the atmosphere to the smallest details on the plate everything was a pleasure. Tasty and fresh portions with innovative imagination. We loved it but were unlucky for the second dinner - sundays closed.

Nice place, small and cosy. 3 male waiters were intense for the environment. Food was nice but expensive. Duck pate priced at 415000 excluding vat- it came out and wasn't great, standard starter should cost around 100,000- 250,000, the price grieves me which is why I've marked 3 stars. Lamb lasagna - priced 385000, delicious and tasty. 85000 for local... More

We are just coming back from Saïgon and our last dinner was at the franco-vietnamien restaurant "La Cuisine"...that was a precious and acute experience. The "coquilles St Jacques was perfect and tender, then the royal shrimps too. Excellent Sancerre wine. After one month of (delicious ) vietnamien food, that was a delicious change; Congratulations to Erwan, the Chef.

A nice cozy place in the center where chef Erwann will make you enjoy his French Mediterranean food to share with your love ones asap! I had the tomahawk wagyu beef 1.8 KG and it was just blasting my mouth with the right wines!!!! If you are open let him guide you and recommend you his specials you will really... More

We had an excellent meal on our last night in the city. We both had duck which was cooked to perfection. The serving staff were excellent and very friendly. The restaurant did lack atmosphere and a nice ambience but this could be put down to the fact that it wasn't busy.

Had dinner here the night I arrive at HCM City after reading the reviews at Trip Advisor. The steak which was to be done medium well as alittle too well done. The Beef cheek as ok. Have tried better ones. Seafood sound was just ok, I would not say its great. For the price they charge for the dinner, I... More

Quality, simplicity and imangination combined to create an environment that did not compete with the fine food. It would not have been out of place in France. Delighted to feel that taking pleasure in food and wine was an indulgence that was encouraged. From the kir that was perfectly balanced to the goose liver that was perfectly prepared and beautifully... More

We had initially wanted to eat at La Jardin, but arrived 15 mins late (9pm, their last order is 8.45pm), drenched in rain, and was still turned away. No hard feelings, the chefs may have packed up. The rain started to pour even more as we wondered which other restaurant we should try-we didn't want to try the one right... More

This is a wonderful restaurant! Offering well trained, extremely efficient staff and an extremely gracious host! The food was excellent , with the fillet of beef so tender there was no need for the steak knife! The presentation was beautiful , topped off by an excellent wine list.......if it's french food you want this is a definite must!

We had a meal at La Cuisine and I must admit it's great value for your money. I know we cannot compare with Hong Kong, but the same dinner there (where I've been living for 3 years) would cost you twice the price. Great food and a nice cosy atmosphere, with a nice affordable wine list. We had an italian... More
