Unlike Cuc Gach where I recommend for daily, true Vietnamese food, Hoa Tuc is the place to go for fancy offers of Vietnamese cuisine, everything is nicely cooked and arranged. I did not have a single dish that I did not like at Hoa Tuc. Love the atmosphere and the interior/ design of the place: very relaxing yet not at... More

Went based on tripadvisor n I wasnt disappointed. Lovely fresh viet cuisine with friendly service. Relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle n bustle. Prices r prob a little high for locals but in my home currency very affordable. Go before 6pm or after 11pm to enjoy happy hour 40% off drinks :)

I was taken there by a friend who lives in Ho Chi Minh. It is not on the main street so if I was not taken there I wouldn't have found it. You need to enter the small gate right opposite the side entrance of Part Hyatt bar. Quite a few good restaurants and bars are hidden in this complex.... More

Also ate here on our last night & had previously visited other restaurants in this tucked away courtyard. Heard good reports of this one & lived up to expectations. Great for local food - with outdoor seating & some nice comfy chairs which were great with the baby.

This was the best meal we had in Ho Chi Minh. Tucked away in a courtyard, it was much more peaceful than on a street. Elegant setting and staff were very efficient. The food was delightful and will seek this place out next time we are back in the city.

If you are wandering down Hai Ba Trung in the direction of the river and it’s getting near to lunch time; around half way between Le Thanh Ton and Cao Ba Quat you’ll find, on your left, there is an entrance to a courtyard. Venture inside and towards the back and to the left you’ll find Hoa Tuc. This haven... More

There is nothing to dislike. Located in a former opium refinery. That's what attracted me at first but then found it was in this lovely courtyard . The food was excellent. I had a fish dish prepared with pineapple. The price was very reasonable. You will not be disappointed. There are other small restaurants in the courtyard but never got... More

Tucked away in a courtyard, this stylish restaurant is perfect if you are looking for something just a little bit special. The food was exquisite and it had a good wine menu. The range of rice paper starters were just amazing. Although the staff were all friendly and professional, the whole experience was a little rushed which was a shame.... More

This restaurant is not on the street it is in a courtyard so there not millions of bikes and cars shooting past! It was lovely and romantic and the food was delicious! It was slightly on the pricey side but I was more than willing to pay that as it was a great restaurant!

We ate here after reading other reviews and one of the nicest meals we have had in our trip. We had a fabulous crab salad and RYO beef rolls followed by BBq chicken and snapper with spicy beet root and ginger. All excellent and lovely ambiance. Only minor criticism would be that my dessert of passion fruit custard was tiny
