We just finished watching an opera show and we were treated to dinner by the production staff. From appetizers to main course to dessert, I just cannot describe the excellent taste of a Vietnamese food. I would say, it's the best dinner we ever had in Vietnam. And it so happened to be my daughter's birthday. Love it.

our 3 hr. class was all in english and consisted of three parts: a salad, spring rolls and chicken fried rice- nothing complicated-the only shortcut a made was using more lime juice in place of the fish sauce- over all it was good experience- it was really a hands on deal-you can't help learn something- if you can possibly help... Service was a little slow but their overall presence is good. Wide choice of Vietnamese dishes! So if that's what you want, give this place a go. Restaurant ambiance is good and the asmostphere is nice.

This is not really a restaurant but a collection of the best street food makers, mixed together under the same roof. The cadre is very nice, with wonderful artworks, and the lunch can be very quick and at a reasonable price. If you want to have a quick bite, in an elegant setting with good quality and a good price,... More

Me and my partner chose this as our 'last supper' in Vietnam before heading home. Based on the reviews it looked like a nice authentic restaurant. We arrived at 2030 and they had no trouble seating us. We were given menus and left to look over...for 15 minutes before someone even came back. No 'hello' etc. just a 'what would... More

After going to the cooking class we decided to go to the restaurant for dinner last night. We certainly were not disappointed as the food was fabulous. We had several entrees to share and each was quite unique with great flavours. The wine list was impressive and we had a great sparkling wine. If we had more time we would... More

We were taken to the Hoa Tuc after a performance by OA at the Opera House as my partner had bought tickets for the performance to include supper after somewhere. What a somewhere! We were made welcome from the start and had set menu 3. It was fantastic. A selection of appetisers, followed by a local fish cooked with pineapple... More

This review is long overdue, we joined it a couple of years ago but it deserves a compliment from us. A very good 4/5 rating. Good ambience, interesting class, clean and organized. The only negative comment is that we were not completely 100% hands on and ingredients are all readily cut it and prepared on the cooking stations and just... More

We were recommended this place by the hotel concierge so we went there for dinner on our first night in HCMC. We've found the food in Vietnam better than the other several Asian countries we've visited - Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea. It's the freshest and the most flavoursome! The restaurant had a beautiful setting with tables inside and... More
