Located in a courtyard type setting, that assured that this restaurant was away from the thousands of motorbikes and their diesel smell. It was quiet when we went, rather early, so few customers. Service was very good and professional although not always attentive. From the amount of outdoor seating, I gather this place is quite popular in the evening when... More

Located in an inner courtyard with lots of other restaurants, it is a nice place to stumble into. Food is good and the ambiance is definitely more upscale than average Vietnam. With lots of other restaurants in this courtyard, you can easily pick another place to eat and enjoy the same ambiance, if Vietnamese food is not your thing.

Thanks to TripAdvisor for this suggestion. Partner and I went for dinner and were impressed with the quality of food, comfortable surrounds and good service. Well worth a visit. Food - we ordered starters (prawn and pork rice rolls and sweet potato and whole prawn rolls), salad (banana blossom and chicken) and mains (salt & chilli prawns and coconut prawn... More

Hoa Tuc is an upscale restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine in a refined setting. It's not located on the main road but rather within a courtyard just off the main road (Hai Ba Trung). When we dined there the restaurant was quite full. Patrons are mostly tourists and expatriates. The food was mostly good and well presented. Service was attentive and... More

A little hard to find (it's down an alleyway) but look for a lot of restaurants and you will find it nestled in the back left corner. Excellent experience, will definitely be going back. Great service! Staff are friendly and polite and there is an anti-mosquito incense underneath your table so you can eat in peace. The food was spectacular.... More

The food was modern Vietnamese and offered a lot of choices. Service was good until it became busy with the arrival of a large tour group. The alfresco dining was great on beautiful night. Each table had a mosquito coil under it to keep the mozzies away. The price of the food was expensive.

We had a Vietnamese brunch there : they bring you a very big dish with many different things to eat, everything is fresh and delicious, very generous. The place is very nicely furbished and decorated, just in the center of Saigon.

The atmosphere is great. It is located in a private "garden". The staff was amazing doing their best to explain the menu. One of the staff members, Rio, recommended a very good wine and good dishes too. Food was delicious! Pork ribs, morning glory, duck... all was great! I'm coming back tonight!!!

This restaurant is set back from the road through a courtyard. It has outside and indoor dining and appears to be well used by the local people. Great selection of food to choose from and very reasonably priced. Meal for 2 with drinks costs between 25 to 45 US dollars. Staff are friendly and they don't put any pressure on... More

We loved the food at Hoa Tuc. Tucked away in a nice little alley it was a great location and the food was beautiful modern Vietnamese food. We also found that the prices were great for what we had albeit more expensive than other locations, it is still a lot cheaper than Australia.
