Have been to Hoa Tuc a few times and the place has never disappointed my taste buds. Also one should definitely take the cooking course which is run by the chef during morning hours.

After a really nice lunch, I decided to come back for dinner. The setting at night is beautiful and fairly romantic with oil candles, flowers on every table and also the music was carefully selected. The staffs were always attentive and willing to guide our choice . The food and wine were fabulous. It's not cheap compared to many places... More

I was disappointed with the Hoa Tuc restaurant. It's in a pleasant if very touristy location off a courtyard which contains a number of other restaurants. Service was quite pleasant but the meal I had (soup followed by seafood with crispy noodles) was very bland - which is one thing you don't expect from Vietnamese food! The place seems quite... More

Been here once, will visit again. Food was enjoyable. Had an Argentinian Chardonnay and was one of the nicest I can remember and I am a wine connoisseur.

Set in an old opium refinery right in the middle of town Hoa Tuc is one of my long time favourites in Saigon. A beautiful setting and very nice high end Vietnamese food for medium range prices. Both the food and alcohol selection are very good is you are looking for something a notch above the standard VN fare and... More

A must try in Ho Chi Minh! The food was among the best we had in the city. The ambience is lovely and the service were excellent as well. A bit pricier than other restaurants but well worth it!

Round the corner from the Caravelle Hotel, we ate here on our guide's recommendation. not that busy, with mains of sautéed beef, braised duck breast and red snapper; Aussie white wine was $33 equivalent. Total for a good meal for 4 with drink was $105.
