Pride of Saigon

We read the TA reviews and decided to experience the cuisine. This turned out to be one of our best meals in HCMC during our one week visit. I strong encourage tourists to have their first Vietnamese meal here to set the benchmark for robust flavours and quality service. The staff were well... read more

Go here for nice atmosphere and the great concept.. Not particularly for the food which is somewhat bland. Prices for two mains, water and two glasses of wine was about 550,000 dong

We chose this place based on it's 4.7 rating and it being close to our hotel. Whilst place itself was comfortable, clean and of 4 star rating, and the service was fantastic, with a couple of highly engaged staff with a good grasp of English, the food was regrettably neither authentic nor consistent in quality. Our spring rolls had no... More

We read about this place on TA and decided to go and find it as the reviews were so good and we were not disappointed. If you are staying in HCMC then its well worth the trouble to find it and eat here. We were is Vietnam for 15 days and the meal we had here was one of the... More

There's too much to write home about the food. Just about every dish in their standard lunch set rocked! Even the usually hard to redefine 'kangkong leaves' shot up our taste buds with a dip in the sauce. The beef was sweet and tender. The mushrooms pretty darn good. Ice water even tasted fresher. Service and ambience there was very... More

Great food and even better concept of staff training and helping those in need. We had the fixed menu and recommend it highly.

I was hooked when I learned this restaurant trains young orphans and neglected youth in the service industry. But in addition to doing good work, the food is delicious. We ate a large lunch and enjoyed a sweet treat for dessert. Excellent.

Went here for lunch, eating area is up a steep flight of stairs, we sat right by a window which provided a great view of the street. Service was attentive. Menu had English descriptions. Food was wonderful and authentic. There is a fixed lunch multi course option which was wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

We chose this restaurant based on previous reviews and were pleased we did. The staff were attentive, pleasant and engaging. The food was fresh, vibrant, well presented, and most of all very tasty. We only wish this wasn't our last night in Saigon, as we would definitely go back. A great intitiatve by the owners, refreshing to see disadvantaged young... More
