Last dinner out of three, and it was the best. Taste was great, service was friendly, and guests were cool-- a couple even offered to move tables just to accommodate our big group.

We went here for lunch with a group of 3 friends. The place is rustic, but is beautiful. We had a few dishes that we shared and we enjoyed them all! Our favourite was the pork and prawn deep fried fish spring rolls! We will be ordering a few portions if we go again. The staff were friendly and even... More

Popped in here for lunch today. Simple meal but tasty Vietnamese. Upstairs in rather quaint surroundings. This restaurant has a story which you will discover when you get there.

We found this place by accident. I was heading for the Thai restaurant next door, when we took a chance on this place. I was intrigued when I read the blurb on the menu. It sounded like a great initiative. It looks quite unassuming from the outside. You have to walk up a big staircase to the restaurant. There was... More

After reading many great reviews on this restaurant, we went to try. The restaurant is a very simple room (maybe too simple??), at the 1st floor of an old building, and employs former disadvantaged people (great cause!). We tried the braised chicken (quite tasty but heavy on the stomach), the braised pork with tofu and mushrooms (interesting), and eggplants (nothing... More

We had dinner today, me my wife and 8 years old son. The menu is easy. Fresh ingredients. The service is really good. Very attentive. Big smiles. They speak good English. The food was great. The place is not big. You have to climb the stairs to the first floor. The setting is simple and original.

I think service across Saigon is very good but this is certainly the best. Welcoming environment from the beginning - you can't help but smile the whole time. The philosophy of the business is nothing short of inspiring and if I lived in Saigon I would make the effort to visit frequently. The food is simple, home-style Vietnamese which is... More

We went here with a group of 5 people for dinner, and I think we all ordered the set menu. The service is really good. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and polite. The cause of helping at risk vietnamese by employing them in the service and hospitality industry is really admirable as well, and they seem to be doing a great... More

The decor is very traditional and welcoming, which put us in great mood for a start. The food was beautifully presented and although the portions could be more generous, the flavour is as authentic and tasty as you can get! Children and vegetarians catered for with a smile :) 

We sought this place out because of the very positive reviews on our last day in Vietnam, and were delighted to find it deserves the praise. It is very atmospheric with its simple and understated decoration. The staff are very attentive without being intrusive at all and the food was some of the very best we tried in this lovely... More
