Best salads in town

Great central location at the park next to Saigon's cathedral and Reunification Palace, very good Mediterranean dishes and simply the best salads in town. Service is OK although staff sometimes just don't seem to know what to do, quite common in VN.

Near the cathedral and Reunification Palace, Au Parc offers a relaxing location to enjoy a peaceful meal in the middle of the city. An wide variety of breakfast sets will start your day off right, and lunch or dinner will carry you through the day. Salads are great, and the sandwiches are excellent. Right next door is Propaganda, owned by... More

Used to come here all the time when just moved to Saigon. However, don't think their menu has changed during my 4 years here. Service is always good but they really need to refresh and introduce some new dishes.

Hi EasyE_HCM, Thank you for this honest feedback! Much appreciated. I had once the same feeling and this also why we changed the menu when I started to work here as manager a year ago. New dishes were introduced keeping the basics because lots of people do not want to see them go. We're improving our specials on the blackboard... More

It's basically a pricier Mediterranean cousin to Propaganda next door. The nicoise-esque salad with sea bass was delightful and the mango and salmon salad was also nice. If you're after something a little different to most of District 1's restaurants, it's not a bad choice.

We found Au Parc on TA and fancied something different having eaten a lot of Vietnamese food over the past few weeks. We had the two beef baguettes, one brisket and one hot beef with butter. Both were amazing! Perfect tender beef and generous portions. Nice choice of soft drinks and juices too.

We liked the atmosphere here .Tall narrow building with a real buzz. The service is good and the food lovely .A quality change from the Vietnamese food we have grown to love.We had pasta and kebabs .Both excellent and large portions .Children's meals were tasty and not too big.The fresh lemonade was gorgeous the price is fine for the quality.

Ideal place for a quick lunch. Keep your eyes open, this place is easy to miss. Which is perfect, because you will not see that many tourists. Food is good, wine nice but little bit expensive. Try their smoothies!

Secluded but trendy restaurant opposite the largest park in Saigon. Good food and excellent coffee with great service at reasonable price. Love this place.
