We had a wonderful meal here in the evening. It is next to the Temple of Literature so easy to find. Modern updated decor, and fusion food. The young staff were pleasant and helpful it was a great break form street food but still Vietnamese in flavour and style.
Very good food, well presented, particularly for the price.Ambience basic, but service excellent and friendly. The Chef has a Jamie Oliver approach, training some disadvantaged kids and doing a great job

a NGO restaurant - the food and service were great. Go and support it if you're in Hanoi! The price is reasonable and the variety of the menu is very good.
We visited Koto on a Sunday night, after the dinner rush. We had the pho, the bamboo beef, the ribs and rice and the bun cha, plus a couple of Chef's Selection appetisers. We were more than pleasantly surprised, this restaurant is fantastic! Great service by attentive staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. When our waiter was asked for his personal...
