We had lunch here on our way to the temple of literature (it's right opposite). The food was very nice, particularly the cakes! Prices are slightly more than equivalent eating places in Hanoi, but that's not a problem when you know it's going to a good cause. Service was quick and friendly.

Really liked lunch at Koto. Training ground for disadvantaged youth. Good meal, portions very big. Opted for Vietnamese dish with duck and it was yum!

When we are in Vietnam it is very crucial to find a good restaurant for our taste of food. Provided that if you are not very interested in Vietnamese food. KOTO was introduced to us by our Hotel. After visiting Temple of Literature, it was time for lunch too. Service was excellent. Food was bit expensive though.

It was very far from where we were staying, and took us getting lost a few times before we found it - but it was definitely worth it. It is a little more expensive than other places in Hanoi, but is worth every penny. The restaurant helps to train underprivileged Vietnamese youngsters to help them have a stable foundation for... My family enjoyed KOTO-Know One Teach One. It's a great restaurant with lots of choices and huge portions. After the appetizer, I was already full! I had the spring rolls which were delicious! It's also a neat concept to help kids get off the street and learn a skill. I highly recommend this place for clean, delicious food!

Very good food, very good cause. Slightly expensive for Hanoi but worth it. The 5 spice duck breast was delicious. The staff are keen and want to practice their English. If you are in Hanoi or Saigon it's a 'must visit' place
