We had a wonderful evening at koto. The service was second to none, and the food was tasty with the following exception of my duck which was quite fatty and chewy. I would definitely recommend the desserts, we had the matcha cake which was the best sweet I've had in Vietnam. Definitely worth a visit!

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant. The first time was in July 2013 as part of an organised tour group and we all thought the food was wonderful and the service excellent. I am now back in Vietnam with my husband and I wanted to return again. We went there for dinner and had the... More

One of us had Vietnamese food and the other Western - both were tasty. Service was slow butt with a warm smile, and they were very busy!

We went to Koto because it was a hospitality training institute set up by an Australian to help street kids. My husband has a hospitality training background so this was must do for us. The food was great and the kids were fabulous. We sat on a long fusion bench and ate a leisurely lunch before heading out to the... More

Loved this place. I would hands down say this was the best food we ate in Vietnam. There is a good choice on the menu and the servings are very generous. All the staff were lovely and the food was out quick. We only had a quick lunch there and I wish we had time to go back for dinner!

Wandered past this place and decided to go in for lunch. Everything on the menu looked lovely and what we ordered was really delicious. It was one of my favourite meals during my holiday. The staff were all lovely and professional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had dinner with family - food was amazing - I had the duck breast and would have been excited to get this quality in top restaurant in Melbourne. Kids enjoyed a night off Vietnamese food and went for the western option. Service was by trainees but was overseen by a very competent waiter. Would certainly recommend and I am looking... More

KOTO has increased its reputation as a place for the disadvantaged youth of HaNoi to get training to work in the hospitality industry. If you want to get good service and a decent place to sit, you need to get there by 11:30 or eat after 1:30. During this time the service and the quality of the food actually goes... More

Koto is near the main attractions in Hanoi and it was Western Bliss. The staff were very attentive, the drinks were great, as were the meals. If you want a break from Asian food this is the place to go. They also had a GREAT selection of cakes to choose from - yumyum. Highly recommended.
