Excellent food and service

This restaurant had excellent food and service, and the concept (job training for Vietnamese youth) made it even more worth it. Right across the street from the Temple of Literature.

Food is average. The only reason to eat here and spend this amount of money on this food would be to sponsor the initiative. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are students who are learning the trade and love English speaking customers to practice their conversational skills. These guys try really hard and were really fun to talk to. This is a great enterprise for budding hospitality students. I highly recommend this restaurant for a meal

I have met a few successful trainees from this place with great hospitality jobs. Finally got to check it out last night and we were very impressed with how great the menu, service and food was. The staff were very genuine and engaging at the table. The menu has a good selection of both Vietnamese and western dishes. "Bach" our... More

Having read about this restaurant and its purpose we went for lunch today. We had the duck breast with 5 spice, mushrooms and potato cake which was delicious! Followed with the dark chocolate, peanut and coffee mousse which was fantastic! Maybe a little more pricey than some cafes but not much and definitely worth it.

My family & I enjoyed a sensational meal at KOTO. I had the green mango & prawn salad which far exceeded my expectations, followed by chicken breast with lemongrass & chilli which was scrumptious. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad, followed by a beef dish which he loved so much he was a little unwilling to share!! ;) The... More

Holy moly. I ordered the five spice duck breast with mushroom and potato cake. It was incredible. The flavors were mouth watering and the sweet and sour balance was spot on. Very expensive for Vietnam, but you're getting really good food and supporting a very generous cause. The chicken satay skewers were also amazing and I had the bun bo... More

After weeks travelling SE Asia certain family members long for more Western food whereas others still have lots of Vietnamese food to taste. Finding good places pleasing both groups is not easy, but Koto made it! The duck and the banana leaf salad were delicious, and the Club Sandwich, fries, pasta and falafel were all among the best we have... More

The service & food here were amazing! We had honey prawn with cashew nuts & bamboo beef - both dishes were excellent, very fresh and full of flavour. Prices were very good - going back tomorrow night!!

I ordered pasta from the wide variety food menu and wished I had ordered something else. The noodles were chewy and undercooked also the sauce tasted just like chef boyardee. The most enjoyable part of the meal was my overpriced coke. For a restaurant with such high prices I expected high quality.
