Nice Indian

We were sent here from the concierge at the best hotel in Hanoi, The Metropole. He is obviously well informed. The food was really great, one of the best Indian meals I've ever eaten

Food was not fresh, waiters not attentive. When we ordered what was on the menu, we were told the Chef has gone home, so the item is not available. We were disappointed with the quality of food served. FInal nail in the coffin was - The steamed rice was served cold. Probably cooked few hours before and they didnt bother... More

Had dinner tonight. Food was good, but when the bill came 12% tax was added. Owner said that all restaurants should charge this tax, however after speaking with our local hostel owner, any VAT tax should be included in the pricing, and if it's not, a special tax receipt should be given to the customer that shows that the money... We walked past this place on the way to the hotel and unfortunately it was just closing but the owner said we could order some food to takeaway which was perfect as our hotel was just over the road! I ordered samosas for starter and my partner had vegetable pakora both tasted lovely! For main I had the Bombay potato... More

We were recomended to try this restaurant by our friends, and we were happy to find it. The restaurant has indian food smell and not so spicy. I loved chicken mashuka and tandoori chicken salad with the nan bread. It was my first time and i will visit soon. Thanks

Durring our trip trough Vietnam we have eaten at many indish restaurants - this one was the worst. The stuff was very friendly but the portions were very small and ways to expensive. I had to order four portions of extra rice. Each of them was five times more expensive than the portions of the other indish restaurants we have... More

After trying all Indian restaurants (included the new ones), this is my favorite one. The rest of restaurants present the food in a posh-modern way with few pieces and a lot of cream/sauce. The food here is authentic, same as being in India. You can even find India street food in the menu! Good amount and nice presentation. The atmosphere... More
