Truly earned respect. We've eaten a lot of Indian food, an Namaste is right up there. Very good food with a range of north and south Indian dishes and a wide array of vegetarian

There are thousand of menu that you could order here. It took me and my friend 15 minutes to finalize what to order. In the end we choose the Non-vegan Northern set (The only non-vegan set available), because I have no idea what the food gonna look like (No image). The taste was good but not very good.

This is the best restaurant I have been too and Gopi make it more good by adding the personal touch. You feel at home here and always get the food you want. I am hard core vegetarian and I survived the intital months here in Hanoi thanks to the good vegetarian food of Namaste. Fantastic food, friendly staff and a homely... More

When we arrived around 20:00 the restaurant was quite full the friendly and efficient guided us to a table , it’s a big dining hall so don’t expect an intimate atmosphere. The menu is quite large so we decided for a North Indian Non-Vegetarian menu and a Vegetarian menu to have a taste of several dishes. The menu is served... More

We only found namaste on the last night of our stay in Hanoi which was a shame because the food was so tasty we would have eaten there many times. Gopi was an excellent host. After finding out about our different levels of spice tolerance He helped us select a few dishes from the extensive menu and each dish was... More

Totally unexpected to eat a great Indian meal in Hanoi. My husband and I stumbled across Namaste after reading some reviews on Trip Advisor. What a great meal. The food was excellent. We enjoyed vegetable samosas, a yellow lentil curry, a roasted cauliflower dish and plain naan bread. The food was outstanding, flavorful with the rich deep flavor you expect... More

My girlfriend and I had the Chicken Mashuka and it was amazing. I love creamy chicken dishes and this was the best I have had. The dish is like half chicken tikka and half malai kofta, which is basically perfect. We want to try everything, but unfortunately we did not go here until our last day in Hanoi.

While this place is not oriented on national Vietnamese food, it worth to visit. Pleasant, cheerful service and delicious meal will wait you here. My favourite snack food is "Butter NaN": you can add it to any course you select and you won't lose.
