Pots ‘n Pans is about innovation. Vietnamese cuisine infused with an international flair. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them. The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.Pots ‘n Pans is a dynamic partnership between Know One Teach One (KOTO) and its training program graduates along with its international partner; Small Giants. KOTO is a not-for-profit organisation in Vietnam that is changing the lives of street and disadvantaged youth through vocational training. Small Giants is a boutique Australian impact investment company that is dedicated to businesses that are changing the world.

We have just visited yesterday this restaurant for the first time. The setting is colonial which is charming. The food offered is a mix of Vietnamese, French and international. Very well cooked, interesting combinations of flavors, presented in a high standard way and portions that are good. We were a couple - we had the salmon tartar and pork in... More

Let me just begin by saying that I love this place! Customer Service is great! This restaurant is the merging of traditional Vietnamese flavors and textures in innovative new ways and beautifully presented in portion sizes that won’t leave you popping out for a late night bowl of pho. On my visit it never got packed, or too loud, or... More

What a great cause! The staff was excellent and the service was superb. The food was good, but definitely expensive for a city that is known for their cheap, street food. Good experience and accommodation for westerners .

We really enjoyed our New Year's Eve meal at Pots n Pans. The food was excellent and the service was generally very good. We had matching wine which was also very good. It would have been nice if the waiters had known a bit more about the wine that they were serving but overall a really good experience and we... More

Lovely restaurant with extremely friendly staff and great food if you fancy a different experience from the Hanoi street food. Price in my opinion is right for the quality of dishes they offer. Great vegetarian dishes and a nice wine list. Only downsides for us was the quiet atmosphere and slightly touristy vibe but we went on a Tuesday night... More

The restaurant is dimly lit and easy to miss from the road - also it was more sumptuous than I was expecting from a social enterprise. Exposed brick walls and minimalist decor are offset by bright paintings on the walls that are for sale The staff are wonderful - to the point that when they think they have done something... More

This restaurant serves very good food, the serice is rapid and the profits go to an excellent cause in educating and training the poorest and unemployed youth of Hanoi.

Really wonderful meal at this high service restaurant. Space has great w art from local artists, and one third of all profits goes towards local youth culinary education. Service was incredible, wine was reasonably priced food was immaculately prepared. If there's a criticism the plates could be served warm to keep food hot longer. total bill for the two of... More

The food here was simply amazing. But for what you pay, it's quite easy to find something with better value. The staff is really nice, and they will help you select food from the menu which can be a bit daunting unless you're used to eating at high-end restaurants.
