Pots ‘n Pans is about innovation. Vietnamese cuisine infused with an international flair. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them. The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.Pots ‘n Pans is a dynamic partnership between Know One Teach One (KOTO) and its training program graduates along with its international partner; Small Giants. Outstanding service and food

We red about P&P's and decided to make a reservation. The welcome was really warm and nice. The staff go out of their way to help you and the service was outstanding. We had a late afternoon lunch at this Restuarant. Being the only customers there at 4pm, we were served promptly and had a delicious meal with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. I would highly recommend the Australian beef with mash and veg. Very friendly and well trained staff!

I took my lovely girl here for her birthday and we were not let down with any aspect of the meal and service. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive and polite and the staff engaged us in a most pleasant manner. We sat for three courses and enjoyed an amusè bouche of prawn with wafer and pickled vegetables,... More

This is one of those apparently somewhat rare restaurants in Hanoi where you can enjoy a casually sophisticated dining experience without going to a hotel. Taking the decor in, admiring the modern design of the restaurant, and enjoying the laid-back covers of Bruno Mars and similar contemporary artists' songs, I felt like we could have been in New York, Paris, or... My man took me here for my birthday dinner. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and the staff attentive. We had a three course dinner and everything was delicious, especially the lamb. The staff celebrated me with song and cake. Thank you!!

PnP is really special Fusion style resto that I'd like best, with the best staff and manger, they're all nice and friendly. with starter, I love fried scallop with tomato chese sauce here the best, with main courses, i love lamp, and duck here the best. All flavor is great and decoration is perfect, especially for your anniversary!

Our dinner at Pots n Pans has been a highlight of our trip!! The food and presentation is of very high quality and the restaurant is beautiful. We enjoyed a 3 course meal that infused Vietnamese flavours perfectly. We ate sea bass, duck and beef. The staff are attentive and absolute professionals! I highly recommend getting a cocktail too as... More

The Koto staff were fantastic! Food was delicious, although I might have preferred more traditional Vietnamese dishes opposed to Australian-Viet fusion.

A great place if you're into an almost fine wine and dine experience. Pots and Pans offers a varied menu with some nice selections both on food and wines. The interior makes for a nice setting that kinda mixes the old with the 'new' giving it a pleasant ambiance that can also be quite romantic. Personally we did find it... More
