Great food, slow service

We were recommended Pots 'n Pans from a tourist. We enjoyed our appetizers (pumpkin soup, beef carpaccio and pumpkin salad) and our main course of lobster. My friends and I went to Pots 'n' Pans on the 2nd day of Lunar New Year and I was most impressed by the owner of the restaurant running errands and managed to keep her smile throughout the evening. The service staff were very friendly and the choice of food varied. We had a lot of options to choose from,... More

We went to this restaurant due to several positive website reviews and were not disappointed. The lovely waitress was very bubbly and provided great service and the food was excellent. The decor is lovely and I would recommend this restaurant if you would like a fine dining experience while in Hanoi.

This is the second review that I have made pertaining to this establishment. We returned on Valantines Day for a spectacular meal. Well done Chef, the food was amazing... the only thing now that let the whole dining experience down was the delay between starter and main.. About 1 hour... Indeed it was only when we told the manager that... More

This restaurant is amazing, the service is impeccable, the atmosphere is beautiful and allows for a very romantic feel. The food was absolutely beautiful, we had two entree's and a main each, and the waiter made sure to ask in which order we wanted our food and how long we wanted to wait between meals. It is a little bit... More

if you are from a major western city, like ny or paris or london - i'd say to pass on this place. the service is sweet- very attentive and earnest to a fault. but the food is just ok. nothing bad but just not of the level that one might be accustomed to. we spent $120 for two and it... More

I took my boyfriend here last night for his birthday and everything was excellent - the food, the service, and the design. We were very impressed with the food, our favorites being the green banana soup, the foie gras, the roast tea smoked duck breast and especially the lemongrass creme brûlée. The service was perfect. Everyone we interacted with was... More

had a lovely lunch. Fresh salad with beetroot was awesome. Fried tuna was good. Ginger cake w ice cream was lovely, as well as cappucino. Service was perfect. It waa great to hear about the fact that restaurant is on-the-job additional learning opportunity for KoTo trainees - hospitality training for disadvantaged smart locals.

We visited as 2 couples on holiday together. The meal I guess was relatively expensive in relation to local prices but didn't disappoint.
