Description: Pots ‘n Pans is about innovation. Vietnamese cuisine infused with an international flair. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them. The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.Pots ‘n Pans is a dynamic partnership between Know One Teach One (KOTO) and its training program graduates along with its international partner; Small Giants. KOTO is a not-for-profit organisation in Vietnam that is changing the lives of street and disadvantaged youth through vocational training. Small Giants is a boutique Australian impact investment company that is dedicated to businesses that are changing the world.

Very good food (modern Vietnamese food, but very authentic), nice service, appealing location, good wine - highly recommended!

We ate here during our recent visit to Vietnam and we really enjoyed the whole dining experience. Food was very good (the mango spring rolls were simply amazing) and the service was definitely first class.

We dined here on the tail end of our trip to northern Vietnam. We read great reviews on TripAdvisor. From the very beginning the service is wonderful. The menu is well thought out and the products are of high quality. The food is delicious, although the portions can be a little small and a soup or salad is a good... More

on a recent trip to Vietnam with my mother, we wound up at Pots 'n Pans. it was a totally unexpected treat. for the most part, i found that the restaurants in Vietnam could not compete with the amazing street food that you find all over the cities. Pots 'n Pans was definitely an exception to that rule. The food... More

We had many meals during our tour of Vietnam and this ranks as the best. Nice looking restaurant with well spaced tables, a diverse menu and excellent service. Food tasted great although a couple of the flavor combinations did seem a bit strange but full marks for experimenting. A very interesting experience. Would recommend to anyone in Hanoi. This is high end vietnamese fusion cuisine. The meal was delicious. We shared a soup and the clay-pot pork belly - both wonderful. Great main courses and good red wine. The lady serving was lovely and so attentive, trained through a scheme for the under privileged. You are seated upstairs, we did ask to move as the first table offered... More

My wife and I dined here on Women's day and upon seating she was presented with a long stem red rose and a glass of champagne. A nice touch to start and an indication as to how they treat the customer. The dinner, a 4 course plus a bottle of wine including VAT and tip was $140 USD but well... More

We were passed the details of this restaurant by a couple we met in Hoi An. They spoke very highly of both the food and service and highly recommended it and we were not disappointed. The food, service and ambiance were exceptional. We were keen to support the scheme that the restaurant adopts to train and develop the young people... More

Our excellent guide recommended Pots and Pans. We had a taster meal of dishes which I would probably not have had the courage to order. Every dish was delicious. The sweet and sour broth with fried fish, dill and spring onion with tomato and pineapple was superb! The seasonal fruits, ginger cake, lime syrup and sweet basil ice cream, sublime.... More
