Description: Pots ‘n Pans is about innovation. Vietnamese cuisine infused with an international flair. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them. The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.Pots ‘n Pans is a dynamic partnership between Know One Teach One (KOTO) and its training program graduates along with its international partner; Small Giants. KOTO is a not-for-profit organisation in Vietnam that is changing the lives of street and disadvantaged youth through vocational training. Small Giants is a boutique Australian impact investment company that is dedicated to businesses that are changing the world.

We visited as 2 couples on holiday together. The meal I guess was relatively expensive in relation to local prices but didn't disappoint.

The NY times article really brought in the crowds.. Luckily for us or we would have never heard of this new trendy Hanoi eatery. Definitely for foodies. Great service. The sea bass was excellent.. Not over cooked.. Served hot and stayed hot without drying out. Definitely worth booking

It was New Years Eve and my birthday. The restaurant was very busy, in fact, they even put a table for two more right beside ours, which made the place very tight. The service was good, considering how busy they were and the food was excellent. They brought me an extra dessert for my birthday with a candle and sang... More

Well presented, tasty meal. Friendly staff. Can't comment on value, as this meal was included in our tour cost. This was our first meal in Vietnam, and was a very good first impression.

This restaurant is run by disadvantaged young people who have been trained by a charitable organization so as to improve their way of life and financial prospects. Very succesful. The cuisine i French/Vietnames fusion - creative, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared. The menu is quite extensive, and the offerings varied. Everything was delicious. Our only suggestion was that - although... More

Great food and good quality. The staff is speaking good English. We tried vegi cannelloni and sea bass for the main course and rolls for a starter. Everything was great.

Very nice place, modern but intimate, with attentive but unobtrusive service, a very good alternative to the many Vietnamese restaurants housed in French colonial houses, and providing standard food at hyper-inflated prices. Pots 'n Pans is certainly not the cheapest in Hanoi, but you get value for money. The menu list is short, but even then, it is difficult to... More

Got the New Year's eve menu, which was thoroughly underwhelming, apart from the salad and the dessert. The beef tenderloin and the barramundi in particular were mediocre. Given the stark difference in price to other Hanoi restaurants and the generally good quality of the ingredients, the end result of flavours were quite disappointing. The fried banana springroll was very good... More

Fresh amazing great tasting food. Great service. I have significant food allergies and they catered for me. It was our first meal in Vietnam and one of our our best. A great start to our holiday. Thank you for a wonderful night. Would love to come again if we are fortunate to visit Hanoi again.
