no longer there, now next door and upstairs is a place selling $2.50 tacos and who doesn't even understand a request for tortillas...and it's a dark dingy hole in the wall. Best forget it.

I had a hankering for Mexican food and when I saw the sign thought I would give it a go. It is up some dingy alley and when I opened the door I thought I had the wrong place. There is nothing Mexican in the design of this place. I had nachos and my husband had a burrito and neither... More

The food is just okay and so are the prices. If you are an expat who has been missing Mexican food for a long time (like us), this might satisfy you. The sangria by the pitcher was pretty good, as was the goat cheese quesadilla. The burrito was completely lacking in flavor. The enchiladas were okay, but not great. The... More

First the good things: Nice staff with reasonable english, the location is very nice to see locals and tourists wondering around the street. But: the food even if not bad is ridiculously overpriced for Hanoi! I felt like falling straight in a tourist trap! The portions are very small and the food was really greasy! The staff is very nice... More

Just went in for a quick lunch with a hankering for a taco. Ordered two tacos and a side of refried beans and a soda. Cost over $6. Taco shells were unrecognizable as such. Could not make out what kind of meat it was and was a very small quantity. Next time I will eat across the street.

Nice change from the usual Hanoi menu, however been in California recently my taste of Mexican food is high. This restaurant does not meet expectations, the food was bland and they serve small portions. Maybe I'll skip this next time.

Food was okay. quesadillas were tasty. tiny portions. expensive. Would only eat here again if they doubled the portion size or halved the price.

Passing through Hanoi after a two-week visit of rural Vietnam, I was craving non-Vietnamese food, namely Mexican. I Google-mapped "Mexican food" in Hanoi, and Arriba was the only result that popped up. I checked out their website. Everything looked good, so my girlfriend and I went there for dinner. The owner was sitting outside. He talked to us for a... More

Ok, I should have known better but had to try it. This place does not serve real Mexican food. It was what went for Mexican food in America in the 1950's. And the poor waitress was required to dressed up in something like a stereo typical Mexican dress of the 1950's. I had what they called a burrito or something... More

super friendly waitress! open kitchen so you can judge the cleanliness for yourself. Quesadillas were a lot better here than another restaurant i'd tried the day before. Best part was they had grasshopper cocktails! Cheap too. i was quite satisfied
