Up front, I need to say that Joma Cafe's clientele includes many expats, but it is also fair to say that there will be an equal number of well-to-do Vietnamese. In relative terms prices are rather high for locals, but cheap compared to an equivalent cafe "back home", wherever that may be. There... read more

Pretty much a pale attempt to copy a starbuck. Which isn't that good a thing to begin with, and as a copy is even worse. +4 for decent coffee -2 for damn bland, boring, and badly executed food -1 for complete lack of service. Dishes left on table, no attention. No caring. Loud, phone playing staff.

we had our breakfast in joma during our trip to Hanoi. They have vegetarian options , which is generally hard to find in Vietnam.. The sandwich they served was very good, good coffee..I did not like the chocolate cake that much though.. Was a lil rubbery n dry.. The interiors are good n they have a good ambience to chill... I always enjoy any places with cosy atmosphere like this. Besides, cakes and tea also make me satisfied. Try the cheese cake or coconut cake, u'll never regret!!!

My first time here I only know had ice cream and came back for that second time I also had a chicken bacon sandwich and it was delicious! I will certainly come back and I will recommend going here if you like western style sandwich. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and prices are fair (80000 for a... More

This is a fantastic cafe right in the centre of Hanoi. We visited Joma every morning for breakfast and couldn't falt it. The service was great and the free wifi was excellent. Our favourite was the Egger Bagel which we had every morning with a glass of orange juice. Lovely atmosphere, very chilled and relaxed and the staff are very... More

Its very big coffee shop, from front looks smaller but deep inside and lots of space and they have open seating space too. You need to order and pay in advance, service is good too. the only think i didnt like is the fact that they dont have much veg options for food, rest all seems ok. Coffee price is... More

I usually enjoy my free time here. This shop is located in Old Quarter and take you 5 minutes from the Church. You should try cake here. Chesse cake is my favourist one. They also turn on nice music as well. Whenever you fell tired just come here to try some coffe and relaxe!

I've been to Joma and ordered delivery from Joma so many times I've lost count. The food is good and their delivery service is good, with most orders delivered in 50 minutes. However, because of their location in the Old Quarter they take advantage of tourists desperate for western style food by charging higher prices. There are much cheaper places... More

I have been here a few times now. I love their lattes. The Internet is great and excellent for getting some work done if that's what you need? They have an awesome seating area out the back to chill out and get away from the hustle bustle. Banana bread is massive and very delicious. Staff are very friendly and very... More
