This bakery is great with some amazing pastries in an area where it is not always available. The mango crumble was also amazing, a bit pricey for the region but well worth it.

Came here for lunch based on a recommendation from a colleague who used to live in Hanoi. He said Joma was a good place to bring a baby for lunch.
High chairs are available, the indoor seating area at the back is full of lunchtime so lots of background noise which means shouting from our 8-month old son doesn't disturb...

The prices here are a bit high, but nothing above what you'd expect for a more westernized coffee shop. There is plenty of comfortable seating and the wi-fi is great. The back room has a bunch of couches/leather chairs so it's a great place to kick back for a few hours and use your laptop.
The muffins/bagels here are delicious....

Definitely a place to hide from the heat with good western coffee and nice cakes. Price is high relative to local prices but its still affordable.
My cousins and I visited Hanoi last year and found Joma by accident on the first day. We soon became devotees and found ourselves dropping in a few times a day. We stopped here for a coffee and cake break. Although largely full of westerners, the coffee and cake here were very good - there was a large selection. Highly recommend.
Good coffee. Free refill. Good service. Cool air-con. Excellent Wifi. What more do you want (cakes & treats look nice)
As I am living in Hanoi I am frequently found in a location of Joma. It is Western food, well prepared and served with excellent coffee. The price tag is as you can expect in any European capital city, making it a bit expensive in comparison for the rest of the city, yet the value for money is good.
I really like Joma. When I arrived in Hanoi I went to the Hanoi Social Club a lot but I have gradually swicthed over to Joma. The food in both places is good but I find Joma more comfortable, the prices are a bit better and the staff is outstanding at Joma. Another big plus: you can pay with a...
