I have enjoyed Joma Bakery Cafes in Laos and welcomed an little aircon calm in Hanoi, good wifi, quiet nicely designed big space with well trained bilingual staff, complimentary ice water, perfect coffee, dark rye bread and crispy bacon with my eggs, perfect as a storybook ending. Of course this perfection doesn't come cheap, about 125,000 vnd for breakfast. Pricey... More

Joma is slightly more pricey than other establishments but makes up for it with a large selection of cakes, good selection of beverages, strong Wifi, plenty of seating and clean toilet facilities. We have been to Joma on several occasions to catch up on work or enjoy a cuppa. The staff are polite and refill complimentary glasses of water (which... More

Joma is a wonderful place to go if you're wanting some comfort food. It was nice to eat something that was close to what we can get at home, a sandwich with homemade bread, real cheese, real pickles, the apple pie was amazing. We had time to kill before our night train and spent quite a bit of time there... More

As an expat living in Hanoi for 2 years. This cafe is one of my favorite place whenever I want a cup of cappuccino. I was definitely happy with them, their quality of coffee, spacious place. However, this days I feel there is something missed. They recognize me but there is no warm welcome from them.

This seems to be quite the place to come for a cup of tea or coffee, a snack, and conversation. Many expats and Vietnamese in a quaint but hip environment.

I went to the new location Joma not far from Bien Dien Phu. I live in Vientiane and go to Joma there often for their BLTs, quiche and Caesar salads, so like this small chain and know their menu well. The new Joma seems to have a few teething problems - my coffee came luke warm, my BLT had a... More
