Joma serves great coffee, as well as good breakfast food, bakery items, desserts, and sandwiches. It's the perfect place in Hanoi to stop for a cup of great coffee and a snack or grab a light bite to eat. I've been here several times on trips to Hanoi and always enjoy Joma!

I frequented this Cafe regularly in 2012, but not as often this visit as the standard of service had slipped but the coffee remained of a good standard when the order was correct. The staff on several occassions made the incorrect orders and argued that they were correct but had to change their attitude when I showed them my printed... More

Food was average. Coffee was average. Front area was noisy with coffee machine and juicers. Rear section was crowded. 15,000 vnd for an extra shot coffee was a bit rich. Overall food prices were high for quality. There are better places.

Joma its a good place to escape from the noisy streets of Hanoi. You can find here the best coffee in Hanoi and great toast and cakes and others western food.

My wife and I have been to 3 Joma Cafes now - 2 in Luang Prabang, Laos and now 1 in Hanoi. And they keep getting better! The Hanoi location is an amazing sanctuary in a very busy part of town. One minute you're out in the street trying to dodge motorbikes, and the next minute you're nestled up in... More

So great to welcome you in any Joma location and it would be interesting if you complete a coffee card with 10 cups in different cafes then get 1 free cup with 50% of 1 dessert item in another location among 3 countries. Will be a nice circuit! Thanks to customers like you and your wife, Joma has more and... More

We really like Joma, but there are some very loud Americans here... :-( Talking on the phone loudly in a cafe is not polite... we had to move it was so bad... only to experience the same thing a few minutes later... Food (especially the fresh veggie and hummus wrap!) and coffee are great, so definitely a recommend, but please... More

Very nice choice with 1 of our 4 yummy wraps. We are happy that you like our food and coffee but sorry that you didn't find a quite corner that day. Oh if you live and work in Hanoi, sometime you want to have piece and quite by not going outside but still want Joma coffee and food, just call... More

We are happy to know that our customers are happy. And yeah we have large seating inside and courtyard at the back but it looks small from outside so many people skipped us. Now they know thanks to you. Really appreciate your review. More

Thank you. Yes, our large americano coffee will be entitled with a free refill. And thanks for your idea about extending our menu. We have been working on that recently with the adding of new wraps as well as new sorbets and we will keep working on that. More

Escape the noise, the dust and the traffic chaos and step into Joma Bakery Cafe! I have enjoyed their Free WiFi and always ordered great and generous servings of Coffee and fresh baked cakes here. A good variety of both! I did notice many other tables with more lunch-like food and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves just like I... More
