Recently visited Hanoi and stopped in the Cafe de Paris for a drink. The cafe is a beautiful place to rest and just savour the atmosphere. Drank some very nice red wine and relaxed. I can thoroughly recommend the experience

Anxious to try French food in Hanoi my husband and I and two teenage girls stopped in for dinner one night at Cafe de Paris. The atmosphere was promising and with its small space, close set tables and French owner did remind us a little of Paris. Unfortunately we found the food to be average and the server not very... We ate here twice today, it was that good that we went back ! The wine, the platters and the breads were beautiful. The juice was fresh and chilled. The service was great in the restaurant, happy, cheery, enough talk without too much! And when we left, we left our camera on the floor. One of the staff then ran... More

If you're a fan of dodgy French interiors, 90's Brit Rock and microwave filter coffee, then welcome to paradise. The only saving grace is it's decent-ish toast and mango jam.

We stopped nearly every day of our stay in Hanoi at this little french café, the coffee is good, they have amazing pastries from a french bakery not far away, we ate lunch and the food was really good, they have a nice selection of french dishes, and the chef knows his job.

This is a gem of a french Bistro, serving great food and wine at moderate prices. There is real French feel to the place, no doubt created by the french chef!

Popped in here on the off chance, but enjoyed well-cooked food with tasty sauce and more than acceptable glass of Merlot. Best steak I have had in Asia! Sadly it's my last night in Hanoi, otherwise the Cafe de Paris would be my regular.

Ambiance, friendly staff, mamager present, comfortable settings. Coming in off the busy Old Quarter street, the mood quickly changes to a warm, welcoming cafe. The manager leaning over the serving counter welcomes guest with smiles and greetings. The waitress quickly attends my table and strikes up a friendly conversation. My Vietnamese was rusty, but she patiently helped me along with... More

In the old quarter and easy to find. The place is small but definitly look like a small bistrot. The food is very good, especialy the Andouillette homemade. For a French living in Asia, this is a pleasure! Good wine selection as well. I recommend.
