we had a Vietnamese styled hotpot. the hotpot is kind of disappointed with only small portion of beef, chicken, seafood and bunch of vegetables inside in pot. dont waste your money on the hotpot.

Excellent food and cheap, very nice staff and atmosphere! We went there twice while only staying two days in Hanoi!

the restaurant is very busy all the time. fill with international tourists. Mrs.Hanh, the owner of Finnegans hotel recommend us and it is good although the taste of foods are average but there are so many choices to choose. the best things are the price is very reasonable and the services are good and effective. i brought my own wine and... Stumbled upon this place after our Factory Outlet shopping, we were attracted by the number of people eating at the restaurant. They specialize in Vietnamese food and have an extensive menu, and it comes in cheap. We ordered a set menu (110,000 dong) which was good for 2 people and has pho, spring rolls, a main dish, rice and dessert.... More

Very busy place w/ locals mixed w/ tourist ( so you know it's good). We had grapefruit chic salad & aubergine clay pot w/ pork. Juices and smoothies great. Nice experience!

It is a good place to sit outside and watch the passing traffic but frankly the food was very under-impressive. The morning glory with garlic is much better in other nearby places and the mushrooms were doused in cornstarch. The beef with ginger and celery was also disappointing. Not really a place to return to if you are looking for... More

Recommended by our hotelier at Finnegans, partly because we are non-meat eaters, this place is fantastic with a huge range of dishes. The two dishes we kept going back for were the afore-mentioned crab and the aubergine, which we had to order in double quantity as it was so good. Even the red wine, Chilean, was good and inexpensive. The... More

This is a great place to get a first taste of Hanoi and to start exploring the Old Quarter. I love how the staff always finds a spot for new guests - they will just bring out another table.

We found this place on our first night in Hanoi and ended up going back a second time as we loved it so much. The food was great value as you get fresh food and much bigger portions than other places for the same price. Friendly staff and the food came really quickly. I'm vegetarian and there were lots of... This is a local spot for westerners and vietnamese alike. The staff are friendly and speak relatively good english. The food is good and extremely reasonable, from the outside it doesn't look all that asethetically pleasing but the food is delicious so well worth not judging this book by its cover.
