We've had plenty of tapas in Spain and UK before so this felt a safe option for our first night in Vietnam; jet-lagged and frazzled from walking the streets all day, we didn't have the energy to go for anything more local. The menu has lots of French and Spanish options as well as some Italian. We stuck with the... More

Stopped here on a cold night and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and warm. The atmosphere was great and the food was really good.

I have come to this restaurant for ten years. It is a great place with wonderful staff, frustratingly the kitchen has always been kind of hit n' miss. The paella can be excellent or rather bland, and the same seems to apply to many other main courses. As I recall, the tapas have never let me down! So go, but... More

Just back from this place and feel forced to tell people to avoid it. Nice terrace and service but nothing else good about it. Overpriced but the main thing in any retaurant is the food and both our dishes were truly awful (pasta and cassoulet). How this is rated in the top ten percent of eateries in Hanoi I do... More

Very close to the Saint Joseph Cathedral, the place is small but cozy. The girl that I think the manager was nice and cute, the waitresses very friendly and speak a good English. I got the paella (meat and fish), it was not very well cooked but it was good, a large selection of desserts.

Always sceptical of restaurants next to big tourist attractions, especially restaurants serving food that isn't local. But with a tired toddler we gave in and went for an easy lunch at La Salsa which is slap bang next to Hanoi Cathedral. Went upstairs, were given a table right next to the balcony looking out onto the bustle of Hanoi and... More

Excellent service as they recommend nice tapas to start our night. Also a buy 1 get 1 free happy hour drinks. Portion is good, ingredients were fresh, prices way cheaper than Hong Kong or Singapore. Duck in black current sauce were tender juicy and you can taste both the grilling fume and the delicate sweetness of the sauce. The paella... More
