Authentic tapas in Hanoi!! A great find. Reasonably priced and some of the best tapas we've encountered outside of Spain. The fried calamari is excellent, as is the Tortilla, the meatballs, the pan tomaca (bruschetta), etc! The Sangria is also very good - not too sweet. And the service is good too.

We walked in to La Salsa and decided to go for the tapas - we didn't regret! The tapas are good, plenty of choice and service is friendly and fast. We really had the feeling of being out for dinner, a nice change in Vietnam. The regular menu seemed pricey, however the tapas were not expensive at all. Loved the... More

In the center, next to the Cathedral. We had excellent food, such as gazpacho, salad, spaghetti etc. We can highly recommend duck (giblets), normally not our favorite, but here, finely tuned flavors! Sit on the Balcony, above the bustle of the street, watch what's going on in front of the Cathedral. We will will come back!

We went in to have a sangria since it was happyhour from 5 to 8 pm and you got to drinks for the price of one. We ended up eating there aswell and the tapas was good. We can highly recommend the patatas bravas. We got the compagny of a spanish woman who was very sceptical to having spanish food... More

My friends continued recommending me another restaurant right next to the one we had lunch in the afternoon. One more European restaurant. They seem to be fans of European dishes. The food was great and i especially love their tapas. They had so many dishes in tapas menu. I had pork ribs and spicy sausage. They were amazing! European food... More

This is a tapas bar / restaurant right near the cathedral. Reasons to eat here: The food is ok, the prices are not that high (I had fried calamari, pan con too much tomate, and a tortilla espanola, plus a good La Rue beer, all for $7.50). More than I could eat in fact. The location is great, if you... More

La Salsa is across the road from St Joseph's Cathedral. The dining room is up a number of stairs so may be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties although you can eat in the bar on the ground floor. There's a great selection of food available including a good variety of tapas such as Patatas Bravas, Tortilla Espanol etc. We... More
