Had a wonderful dinner here. The French onion soup was superb and the seabass was the best I have ever had. Try to get a table outside, on a warm night and ask for Song. (they do have gas heaters) He is the best waiter at the restaurant and maybe all of Hanoi. Enjoy your dinner

The service is all that you would expect from a first class restaurant, attentive, helpful and unobtrusive. This rates as one of the most exceptional meals I have experienced. The menu is french inspired and did not disappoint. From the greeting to the farewell, my wife and I had as good a fine dining experience as we'd had anywhere in the world.Food and service excellent.The only minor negative was the elevator style music piping through the restaurants sound system.

What was the chef thinking that s/he could serve a coq au vin dish that contained chicken so tough it would not yield to a knife, in a gravy so dark and lacking in delicacy it should have belonged to an overlooked pot roast!
