Go there - it's great!

We were recommended to go by our guide who lives in the town and we took his advice despite the comments in trip. We were very well looked after, offered good advice and had a great meal. The owner and head chef came out to talk to us - a charming and extremely well-travelled man. There were lots... read more

We waited for more than an hour to get our food and when we got it some of it was cold. They kept forgetting our drinks. The staff was very rude and also the manager was very impolite when we asked for a discount because of the cold food etc.

Has the crispy noodle combination and caramel pork and both were delicious. Not impressed with the dalat White wine, but good gin and tonic. Family restaurant, efficient service.

We were walking around looking for a place to eat dinner when we happened upon Long Hoa. Not having read any reviews we went in because of its street appeal- nice table and chairs, tablecloths, cosy. I ordered chicken with lemongrass and chilli. It was good but not the best I ever had. My husband ordered the seafood hot pot... More

Well run family restaurant with the quality of food much higher than the average central Dalat restaurant.

We're been here a couple of times, this time with our 2 year old kid. Pros: The dishes here are consistently good, albeit quite simple. Food-wise, Long Hoa has not failed us, given the 4 year gap between our visits. Its house wine is worth a try. Cons: We can hardly say the restaurant is kid-friendly. Granted, "quiet" and "still"... Good food and nice cosy place! Loved the garlic rice, fried tofu with lemongrass and chili! Very warm and friendly staff! The butter fish was awesome! One of my fav spots now!
