The Japanese sushi chef, who looks like he's enjoying life to the fullest, prepared some of the best sushi I've enjoyed in a very long time just in front of your eyes. All the dishes were simply amazing. I don't recognise any of the previous comments on the allegedly long wait before the sushi is served as all sushi is... More

My boyfriend had an espresso and it was not served in the traditional French press, but was still very good Italian style coffee. I had the passion milkshake which was to die for! Very refreshing and not too sweet, perfect on a warm day!

We walked into Ichi by chance and absolutely loved it. My girlfriend lived in Japan for 5 months and said it was the best Japanese food she had had since then! I'd recommend the rainbow rolls, especially, but all the dishes we tried were exquisite, beautifully prepared and excellent value for money. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was... I go to Japan from time to time for meetings. I am telling you there are places in Tokyo that taste the same! I felt guitly for enjoying this place so much even though I was in Dalat. If you want Japanese food, Japanese spriits or just a relaxed, very hospitable environment, you should go. The owner speaks English, Japanese... More

If you look for real Japanese food this is a place, running and cooking by Japanese people. Friendly and good place!

Recommended by V cafe people, I ate here my last night in Dalat. I've been to Japan many times, and this meal ranked among the best Japanese I've ever had. Yakitori!!! Wow! Hot sake. The owner is a super friendly guy from Nagoya. Service is a bit slow but worth the wait. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the... More

Dalat is an easy city.Slowdown is one of the comfortable thing in there. One rainy night seat in Ichi.Have some warm sake.Waiting for your meal.Wathching the rain outside. You may forget here is Vietnam.Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is very Japanese. But it's got a wonderful harmony with the rhythm of Dalat. And the food is delicious. You may think of the lines from... More

Besides waiting forty minutes for our food, it wasn't good. It was salty and didn't taste that fresh. The restaurant itself wasn't very clean, and worst of all, it was expensive. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The customers there are mostly Japanese, the cook is Japanese, so I guess the food must be somehow authentic. But on the drink menu the choices are very limited, if you don't drink alcohol you only have around 6 things to choose from and most of them can be purchased from supermarket. I ordered coffee and it was a shot... More

Pleasant surprise, recommended by our hotel owners. Freshest Japanese food we've tasted in a long time!! Managed by Japanese cooks who really know how to prepare sashimi, yakitori, etc. A bit of hot sake on a chilly evening in Dalat hits the spot.
