We are Muslims and were looking for a vegetarian menu, since we didn't find any Halal eating places in Da Lat. Our driver brought us to V Cafe. I liked the jazzy feel and the rustic yet cool decor, the service was warm and courteous, and the vegetarian menu was delicious!

We went there for dinner on a Saturday evening. The place is nicely decorated. Guests were mainly travelers and some people that seemed to be expats living in Da Lat. Food selction was very diverse (mexican, asian, american, european, etc.). Drinks are pretty expensive for Vietnamese standards. A Bia (Beer) Saigon, which normally costs 12-20.000 Dong at most restaurants in... More

Went to V for dinner on a Saturday night and sat out on the patio. We ordered the King's Cheese Platter, and spent the next 10 minutes in heaven. There was SO MUCH cheese, it could have been an entire meal. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I had the veggie lasagna -- so good. We all... More

The live music singer sings really well. The food don't quite match up to that standard though. The sliced banana with homemade yoghurt was horrible. I couldn't swallow the banana. Don't order that if ur there. We ordered the beef goulash too. It is very starchy though. I guess it's because the type of potatoes usually used is not available... More

We came late on a rainy weeknight, yet it was still busy so it was apparent V Cafe is doing very well for itself. Although the staff was friendly and live music at V Cafe was good, we were a bit let down with the food. We started with the creamy mushroom soup, which was the highlight of the meal.... More
