They are called Art Cafe and the sign does say recommended by lonely planet but it's a different street number than the book. This is 76 and the real one is number 70 so just walk up a few doors. The food here is overpriced and totally flavorless!! Clearly piggy backing on the success of a competitor!!

I've lied. I've never been to this place but i sat outside watching the waiter mostly every night (my house is far from there). I'm in love with him hope he knows..

There is a good choice of food here but it wasn't cooked as well as it could have been. The service was ok but slow seeing as no one else was there. Amused myself by drawing on the blank place mats which killed time. When the order came they got two things wrong which was annoying too.

Situated at the tail end of the tourist strip. This little gem of a restaurant doesn't look much on the outside but once you enter you'll experience quick, smiley service, a varied menu and greatly competitive prices. Being a fish and meat lover the meat stuffed squid sounded just too good to ignore. I wasn't disappointed as the heap plate... More

We found the food here fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive and spoke really good English. I had pumpkin soup followed the fish and it was lovely. The idea of creating 'art' whilst waiting to eat kept my partner quiet too! I would definitely recommend a meal here.

Restaurant is nice, but food really bad. Rosted chicken was fried with a spicy sauce on the top, mushpotatoes still frozen inside. Overpriced for that food. If you are looking for cooker I'm available..

Myself and a friend headed to this cafe for dinner, and through talking to people in the hostel common room somehow ended up with about 9 people. The cafe í small but the staff were great and found room for us - despite us bringing the rain in with us! The food was great, and unlike mót vietnemese restaurants, the... More

Nice everything except the food. Enchilada was not an enchilada. The dough around it was raw. Beefsteak was too salty to eat. Portions small. Lonely planet strikes again.

Personally: Food was excellent, they had special breakfast (called the "Dali") that I get hungry thinking about right now. Personally I feel this particular Art Cafe was started with good intention. I have checked out all 3 art cafe restaurants... the first one (a few years back), this one "Art Cafe" and the News and New Art Cafe. Before you... More
