I visited this restaurant on 3 separate occasions over the past 5 years. On each occasion I vowed to not return but I did just to see if it changed. Horrible service, slow food delivery, poor atmosphere over priced, bad experience. Happy to report that is has now closed its doors. Horray.

Food was okay, but the service was slow, slow, slow. We ordered our dinner and I was already on my second beer before they started to serve us. Quality was fine, but the service and speed of response needs to be improved.

We went there on 30.12. around 8:30 pm for dinner. Just 2 persons, nothing fancy. We were sitting outside because the inside is non-smoking. After ordering (1 salad as starter, 2 main courses - 1 thai, 1 european pasta dish) it took almost an hour until he salad arrived. By then the drinks were empty and the ashtray - removed... More

I found this place quite awful. Sent the ribs back because of the vsmell and consistency. I paid for my beer and starter and left. Toilet without hand towels. Place was virtually empty. A shadow of its former self in my opinion.

We have gone to Cafe New Orleans for past 3 years as they have one of the best, most authentic turkey dinners for Thanksgiving and tasty alternatives for those who are not into the traditional Turkey feast. This year, the ownership has changed and the food was excellent but it was painfully slow. The service staff was attentive and the... More

The spareribs was good. Very good meat and tender cooked, the meat just slipped from the bones. The prices are ok, but the restaurant it self is a bit runner down. It could need a bit of redecoration, dust in the corners, paint that need to be repaired and so on. It use to be a fine dinning, but unfortunately... More

Now called Café New Orleans- The only items New Orleans are the pictures on the walls. This is one of the reviews that need to be updated. The restaurant looks great with the pictures of New Orleans, great table settings, very good and professional service. But no New Orleans standard foods as at Bourbon Street in Bangkok. In one review... More

Unfortunately since first visiting here in 2009, the standard of food has fallen dramatically. The menu has changed quite a lot, and the current menu is quite uninspiring. Won't be back I'm sorry to say.
