Description: Sweet Sisters is a whole-food cafe serving delicious, healthy and original food from local produce. The menu has a distinct Southern Thai accent, but speaks in many languages: Thai fusion, seafood, and vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free if you like. The kitchen never uses msg, white or polished rice, sugar, farmed fish, shrimp, nor will chef Noiy buy factory chickens - only produce she can find from sustainable organic sources.

I am not a vegi or a vegan but Sweet Sister cafe provides interesting food, every thing is made fresh it takes a while but the finished product is worth waiting for. We had two drinks and what I would call two snacks and a shared carrot cake with coffee 1000 Baht we thought it was a little expensive but... More

My friend and I had been there for a later lunch, which was great! Actually it was our second to visit there, we wanted to have a breakfast at the first time but it starts working at 11:00am, then we moved to a small Thai rest. beside Sweet Sisters for a real Thai noodle soup as breakfast. At the second... More

Perfect. This is the sort of cafe we were looking for in samui. Healthy quality food. Attentive and friendly service. The fish cakes are the best I've ever had, more cafés like this should be on the island! After a lot of heavy carb fuelled fried thai food this was a gift from Buddha himself!

Sweet Sisters cafe is a beautiful spot for any vegan, vegetarian or health conscious travellers visiting Koh Samui. We lived on Koh Samui for 4 months and could be found at Sweet Sisters at least 3 times a week! Noi, the owner, is extremely passionate about food and providing a beautiful dining experience for her customers. The food is extremely... More

This has what can only be described as 'healthy Thai food'. It is priced for foreigners. I have never seen any Thai people there except for the occasional Yoga teacher who comes in with a group. The fish cake salad is amazing. Everything is fresh and organic when they can get it. It's a great place to hang out, listen... More

What a find this place was! We were staying in Laem Set and set off from our villa early one afternoon to find somewhere for lunch and came upon Sweet Sisters - lovely friendly staff and great healthy food. I had a Burmese Curry which was delicious and my husband tried their roast organic chicken salad which he enjoyed immensely... More

What a lucky find this was, off the beaten track but well worth the bike ride. Sweet Sister Cafe has a menu jam packed with tasty, fresh, and healthy food, it's hard to make a meal choice ;) My husband had the best pumpkin curry with Karela rice and I being a vegetarian opted for a lentil soup with rustic... We didn't eat food here but dropped in for a cuppa. Two had the Iced Coffee and said it was wonderful. It looked good. I ordered a Long Black but it arrived with no crema ... And was a little disappointing. But I did like the little healthy oaty bite that was served with it. The service was a little... More
