Gluten free and AWESOME salsa

I'm celiac and have been sick ALL over Southeast Asia, especially Thailand where there's gluten hidden in just about everything (found this out the hard way - MSG, fish sauce, almost all soups have gluten here). We got a place right next to this restaurant so I could have at least one place to eat... read more

I found the food to be good, large portions, but not to authentic Mexican, having lived in Mexico for 3 1/2 years. The service was ok, but the wait staff needs to pay more attention to the customers. It would be a good idea if they checked on the table regularly, but that does not seem to be common with... More

Pros: - Large portions - Tasty food (chicken enchiladas, nachos and pork burrito) - Fresh ingredients - Salsa was perfectly spicy Neutrals: - Fares were reasonable for this kind of eatery at around 190-200 baht per "normal" dish (all of the aforementioned) - Service was fine--not bad, not great - Super busy (and loud), but we waited only about five... We ate at this restaurant as we had eaten Thai food for last two weeks and felt like something different. We only had the chicken nachos but they were tasty although could have done with more spice. This seemed to be a popular place and we were actually turned away as no spare tables until we approached a woman on... More

I came here with friends, all craving Mexican food, and we weren't disappointed! The tortilla chips were very fresh, as was the salsa. Margaritas were really good and at a good price for a pitcher. I had the shrimp tostadas and they were awesome. My friends had burritos, enchiladas, and quesadillas and were all very satisfied. I would definitely eat... More

Eating here was a mistake. We came hoping for fresh and delicious mexican food but were sadly disappointed. The chicken salad which according to the menu came with "lots of fresh veggies" turned out to be a pile of mostly fruit in too sweet sauce, bread and chicken. It wasn't good and made my stomach uneasy. My boyfriend also got... More

Just a couple of blocks away from the bars of Nimmana to the west and the old Central shopping mall to the east lies on of the, if not the best Mexican restaurant in Thailand. Been to this restaurant two times in the last two days, and will probably be back again later this evening to feast on another large... More

We tried the quesadillas and they were quite good. The beef was prepared well and was very tasty. The portions were a lot bigger than most restaurants in Chiang Mai.

Didn't expect this place to be so good but the food was absolutely delicious. A welcome break after 4 weeks of pretty much constant Thai food. The shrimp taco's were the highlight for me. The sangria was also really good. Slightly expensive but definitely worth going once if you want a break from Thai food.

It's not horribly bad, but definitely not excellent as some write here. Even if you soak Tacos in some obscure sauce, they will not become Enchiladas (as ordered)! The Guacamole is a horrible watered down green soup and the Tacos (speak Enchiladas) were cold. When I asked to pay, the waitress actually took my half full glass of Margaritas with... More

We never want anyone to have a negative experience, and we recognize that it can be frustrating to order and expect one thing and get another on your plate. However, there are a wide array of different regional takes on enchiladas across Mexico, such as the shrimp in a pineapple adobo enchiladas that you ordered. Based on this feedback I... More
