Been there for dinner and have pasta. All dishes are quite good. However, we had a problem with the mosquito in the restaurant. After all, this place is one of my Italian selection.

We had good ravioli last year and wanted to visit this restaurant in Sept. We went to the restaurant on two nights and the restaurant was closed. We had a chance to talk to a local lady who told us the restaurant is closed. There was no sign indicating that they are closed for long term vacation. It would be... More

Had a meal here while staying at Pornping Tower. It was OK but nothing special and will not eat there again. In Thailand stick with Thai food and you will be happier. This was a bit of Italian pasta prepared at twice the price of local Thai food.

Impressed by the rave reviews, I tried dinner here. The pesto sauce with the bread was very fresh and tasty and was a good sign for the meal but I was disappointed in the end. The tagliatelle was overcooked to the point of being mushy, and the lamb ragu sauce was fairly average. No freshly ground pepper or parmesan was... More

Since good Pizza is so hard to find in other places than europe, we were really happy that we found this place. We both got pizza, which is not cheap but affordable (200baht for a margarita) and it was really good. Only con was that it is not made in an wood fire oven, so it leaks the typical smoky... More

Best Italian so far in chiang mai to me. The only thing that they don't tell you that they close on Tuesday on their site. Must call. Worth the trouble.

First of all, not hard to find, not in the small soi, just follow the map on trip advisor, it' easy to find this amazing place. We ordered today's special (3rd april, 2014) , pan fried yellow fin tuna with sundried tomato sauce and ravioli with mushrooms and cream sauce, it was prefect, especially the ravioli, the taste is really... Been to many Italian restaurants in Chiang Mai and just about eveywhere else I've ever been. This place is a great addition to the local restaurant scene. Been here several times. Always very good food, nice house wine and great value for the money. Very small with only about 6 - 8 tables so don't take a big group.

Based on trip advisor reviews, we had dinner at Puccini with friends. We were so impressed that we returned four more times. In past years we have frequented other Italian restaurants in Chiang Mai, but on future trips will now eat at Puccini. They have a small but very good wine list and their prices are reasonable. The staff is... More
