Why we live in the wrong part of town - too far from Jagajee

We, wife and I, recently sold everything back in the states (not kidding) and relocated to Chiang Mai on a permanent basis. We arrived on Jan.1, 2016 and spent approx. 10 days in the Nimman area prior to signing a 1 year lease on the east side of the Ping River. We love it over here with one... read more

We thought it was a spanish tapas restaurant. But it wasnt. It has international tapas, indian, thai, etc. It is a small place with some tables outside and great food. They all were delicious... We tried all the tapas they had that day and the prices were reasonable!

Went here tonight with some new friends we met. I liked the small selection of tapas available, with demo plates on display. (Plus the massive variety of fries and dips available!) With the chef cooking 'whatever he fancied' that night. Anyway, great food, great service, great night :)

Are you a little hungry or a lot hungry...it doesn't matter here, because this is a tapas restaurant and you order the dishes individually, and they are only 50b each. Broccoli tossed with garlic or beef stew or Moroccan chicken, the menu changes every week. There is one tapa that I dream about, and it is the specialty of the... More

We're staying just up the road from Jagajee which is a Tapas style restaurant and it's very quickly become a favourite place for dinner. Their bowls of tapas are packed full of wonderful flavours and the menu changes each night which is great. We normally order 4 bowls of tapas, a cowboy fries with sour cream and a crusty bread.....2-3... More

The Restaurant Itself Is Located In Small Corner Of Nimanhemin Road. There Are Many Selections Of Small Dished Tapas With The Beers You Love. I Love The Decoration Style Of This Little Place. It Looks Cozy And Modern. Good For Those Who Is Looking For Some Beers With Snacks Not Those Who Are Seeking A Heavy Meals.

Sometimes the tapas are great...other times, not so much. My recommendation is to go and check out the list of tapas that they have for that day. If it doesn't jive with your pallet, go somewhere else and try back another day. P.S. Be warned...the hummus is shockingly spicy! P.S.S. This is the same place as BarFry

Don't know what a previous reviewer is talking about, the fries here are excellent and a great variety of sauces. As for the tapas, I have always found it quite good and eat here regularly when I can. The cashew nut/roasted red pepper spread is fabulous. I like variety in my meal and don't always want a big heavy meal.

This place is mainly tapas and some of the prepared dishes look a bit tired unless you arrive early. They also have a selection of fries but nothing to make them memorable. Seemed a bit pricey for the small quantities of tapas at 50 baht per dish. Prosecco by the glass but again small serving and pricey. There are lots... More

The venue was tiny, yet lively and cosy. Loved the inexpensive prosecco by the glass. We came a bit later so unfortunately there were limited choices of the tapas, although the price was great at 50 baht per dish. Some of the dishes were quite salty. The tapas are not classically Spanish, more like a selection of dishes from around... More
