This is now a noodle shop, having been taken over in July 2013. it serves an excellent khao soi, amongst other things. It is traditionally thai, friendly and just has simple good food if you're in the are aof Chiang Mai Gate.

I've been here a few times, and the food is consistently delicious. They get the English food right on the money, and the Thai food is fresh. I ordered a burger this time, and it was just like back home in the US. I also ordered a cappuccino, and I've been all over the world, and that had to be... More

If you're staying at the Chiang Mai Gate hotel, this is the best place to go for a big fat British style breakfast. Nice staff, good service, and solid food.

Lucky for those of us who live in Chiang Mai, the owner has decided to reopen her restaurant! What's new? It's got a brand new premium coffee bar serving high quality beverages. I was there the other day and can report that the coffee is some of the best in Chiang Mai. She has also modified the menu to highlight... More

After a spell as a hairdressing salon, Harad's is now back as a restaurant. currently restricted to breakfasts, including an excellent English, there will soon be a range of european food available, including the great pies as before.

This was a good palce for cheap and cheerful food but has now been converted to one more "beauty parlour". Shame to see it gone.

Unfortunately Harrad's is now closed. Difficult to add much more and use up 50 characters! is that enough?

We ate here once and enjoyed it. Nothing to look at but clean, friendly and cheap. We had a large and a small beer, two starters and two mains - total B343.00. Everything pipping hot and tasty but you get Thai size portions! Ideal for those on a budget, we hope to get back in before we leave.

I ate at this restaurant this year and also several times in past years when I was visiting Chiang Mai. It is definitely one of the best places in the city to eat. The owner Noo is a lovely lady and her food is wonderful. The pad thai was simply delicious. The location is good, it is easy to find... More
