Before coming out to Thailand recently, I was given two recommendations for this little restaurant on the basis each time of tasty food at very good prices. Having now sampled Thai dishes in it twice I can add my own recommendation for the same reasons. (I can't speak for the Western part of the menu.) I think it has to... More

Food here was average or below average but for prices you can not expect high cuisine. Food came quickly, service was ok. Better to visit next door restauran Garden Island: so much better food.

We chose this place because it was crowded and offered pizza. We realized, after being placed at a table stuck in the corner with uncomfortable chairs, that it was crowded because it takes 3 hours to eat there. We saw multiple groups complain about their bill and one family cancel some of their food because they had to leave. We... More

We just 'tried' to have dinner here, but this was a mistake, we left with two plates almost untouched. The soup (lemon grass, coconut milk and chicken) had more bones and other animals parts than meat in it, really disgusting and the 'glass noodle salad with minced pork and Chiang Mai sausage' was a disgrace aswell. The fact that the... More

We always have a couple of meals here when we are in Chiang Mai. The food is excellent and at a good price. The service is generally efficient, but not effusive. The staff aren't your normal smiling friendly people you may be used to; they are more on the serious side; but not rude. All that said, the food is... More

We came across this restaurant as we were shopping along the Sunday walking street market. It's right in the middle of the market next to a couple western restaurants playing music. They had many different options on the menu from Thai to western, and it's a great place to people watch while having a bite to eat. The service was... More

We walked into this restaurant by chance as we thought it looked different from the wine bar next door we had visited the day before. We went there twice and it was incredible twice. On the first day my pescaterian wife had a fish red curry and I had the northern Thai Khaw Soi with chicken. We couldn't stop talking... More

Pleasant, clean little restaurant which provides good value, tasty food. One dish we asked for was not available. It is let down by attentive but average service because our order was noted incorrectly despite us pointing at the menu, it was however corrected without arguement. If you go on a Sunday night, during the Sunday afternoon/night market, you can benefit... More

It was fine but I wouldn't go back, attitude was just ok. Maybe it was because I was alone? Don't know, it's not like they tell me these things. :}

Love this small family run restaurant opposite the U Hotel. Stayed at the U last year and found the eating experience relaxed and good value for money, does western and thai food. We chose thai option and a good plate offood is only a couple of quid. Used the restaurant again this year, each evening. Great to just walk out... More
