We found The Siam Celadon Teehouse while walking/driving during our discovering tour in Chiang Mai. Wonderful house for a coffee or Teebreak. Great food served here as well from breackfast till late afternoon. Old and well maintained wooden house, clean, with shop on the frontside and restaurant and garden on the rear. Chilling here after a "hot" walk among the... More

A tea house but also a nice restaurant and a celadon shop. The garden is great but be careful with the birds. Choose a place under the shade of a parasol. The make great breakfast and good food for lunch. What a pity they close at 6pm.

We have been here often and always like the atmosphere. Food is good. Desserts are nice. Smoothies delicious. Today we had fresh spring rolls. Very fresh and refreshing. Main courses were Beef Panang with longan. Very nice. Padthai was yummy with their house Raming sauce. (Tamarind juice, sugar, fish sauce and tea - I believe). We ended the meal with... More

We arrived at 5:30 to tour the store and make some purchases. As we approached the door a lady ran up to the door and flipped the closed sign. The door and website clearly say they close at 6:00pm. She then quickly went and got keys and locked the door right in front of us looking at us standing outside... More

The door says they are open until 6:00pm, however when we arrived at 5:30 someone was locking the door. We had the phone number so called and asked if we could still come in as we leave on an early flight, however they would not open the door and just sat inside watching us as our daughter was in tears.... This is not the first time that I have visited this cafe and find the experience very satisfying. They make the best fruit shakes and the sandwiches are great. The best thing about this establishment is the outside garden area that is cool and and peaceful. The staff are very good and friendly and were very helpful. A bit of... More

I had vegetable spring roll(120.-) for appetizer and Padthai(150.-) i like the sweet and sour touch from Tamarind and their signature tea sauce. I saw the menu of afternoon tea looks very nice too! This was exactly what we were looking for when we needed a break from the midday sun. We were led to a table inside and two fans were positioned for us so we could cool down. A great selection of teas and other beverages. I ordered the fruit crepe and the impressive presentation was matched by the quality of this... More

The Raming Thai iced tea is superb. And it tastes even better because of the ambience of this teahouse. Whether you choose to sit inside under the fans, or out the back in the lush tropical garden, the courteous staff will serve you delicious drinks and fab food, with free wifi and local magazines to browse. If inspired to get... More
