Lovely tea house

This is a lovely and quiet place with a nice, green garden. All very colonial-style. The food is not cheap. But the iced jasmine green tea is fantastic on a hot afternoon.

Stopped by for a drink and rest. My husband ordered an ice teacoffee and I had a hot ginger tea. The ginger tea was really spicy and this is coming from someone who loves ginger. So I asked the waitress to add some water. She mumbled "one time only" and took the teapot and walked away. Then she came back... More

Lovely food with a twist, smoothies were really good go for the mango and yogurt two tone which was so good I nearly stole it from my wife after a sip, the firm and fit it very heavy on the lime but still really good. The red chicken curry also had lychee and fresh sweet cherry tomatoes which gave the... More

We just stumbled upon this place by chance and what a find. We all had a traditional Thai cuisine for lunch which was just delicious, I'd go as far to say the best chicken green curry I've tasted. The presentation was beautiful. The menu had something for everyone, a western menu and afternoon tea which also looked amazing. The setting... More

Lunch here was an unexpected delight. We only wanted something light for lunch. I had Tom Kha Gai - served with rice this was a perfect size for a small lunch. A delicious soup with flavours of galangal, lemongrass, Kaffir lime & chilli. My partner had a wanton soup which her described as delicious. I ordered a Thai Chai &... More

We happened upon this place by chance due to sheltering under the awning outside during a heavy rain shower so popped in. As it happened we had the place to ourselves! Gorgeous building with a lovely mature garden out the back. They have an extensive menu but we had just had breakfast so grabbed some tea and cakes. We opted... More

This is a small teahouse behind a celadonshop. Lovely old building with shaded garden. Great tea, served in traditional way, not the depressing paper teabags with teadust. Tea is served also like high tea if you like. You can also order other meals and beer. Perfect for a afternoon stop near the nightbazar

We got in on our second try and just barely. This place closes quite early and some of the food options are not available in the late afternoon. But the house looks really cool, the little garden in the back is a nice touch too. We tried some tea and cakes. The Thai tea cake was really good. It looks... More

We found The Siam Celadon Teehouse while walking/driving during our discovering tour in Chiang Mai. Wonderful house for a coffee or Teebreak. Great food served here as well from breackfast till late afternoon. Old and well maintained wooden house, clean, with shop on the frontside and restaurant and garden on the rear. Chilling here after a "hot" walk among the... More

A tea house but also a nice restaurant and a celadon shop. The garden is great but be careful with the birds. Choose a place under the shade of a parasol. The make great breakfast and good food for lunch. What a pity they close at 6pm.
