Good smoothies, great mojito!

Food is tasty, which makes you forget about the straight and unfriendly faces of some of the staff. Try the mojito and the Mexican dishes. Also the banana/sesame/coconut smoothie was superb.

This little find was recommended to me by an American friend, who simply said "You gotta try the Mojito" I did--and ended up, over two days tryibg five different menu items as well and quaffing 6-8 of the delicious mojitos. Owner Jacky calls her food choices "Thai Fusion" and, while they come with familiar names like french toast, quesadilla or... More

I'm all for exploring culturally different foods that what I typically eat at home, except when it comes to breakfast - I like my western breakfast. The Cat House is an excellent place for this! My partner and I visited Cat house 4+ times while in Chiang Mai, as it was conveniently located across from our guest house. The pancakes,... More

This little gem is situated on a small alley just outside of Old Town. The lassies, or fruit shakes, were delicious and had fresh herbs. The Burmese food and banana pancakes were also authentic and wonderful. I'm going to crave that fruit and basil shake for the rest of my life!

We love the falafel and hummus platter which is great value at only 100 THB, it really fills you up and is so tasty. We've also had some of the curries and Mexican food from here and it's all really good; the banana-peanut-butter smoothie is delicious, so is the chocolate brownie - the best I've had in Asia!

The food is Mexican/Thai fusion for the western pallette. Ingredients seem fresh and healthy. Only tried the breakfast burrito so far which was OK but did not blow me away. Can't judge a restaurant by 1 item so will be back for more considering how inexpensive it is. Most meals are 90bht and the smoothies are the best value in... More

Absolutely delicious food and lovely staff. We have been 5 times since arriving in Chiang Mai one week ago and we will definitely be back. The staff are from Burma and they are incredible chefs!! We can highly recommend the smoothies, brownies, nachos, quesadillas, wraps, salads, and curry burritos! Great value as well - usually about 400 baht including drinks,... More

Very good Thai and Mexican fusion food. The place is very clean, and you can see where your food is cooked. Drinks are a reasonable price. Many of the staff are Burmese, and it's maybe their first job in CM. The owner here helps and trains Burmese people - very laudable. Recommended.

We stayed in a guesthouse in the neighbourhood and had breakfast here three times. Always a fast, professional and friendly service in a nice atmosphere! Portions could be a bit bigger for the price they're asking, but its a very tasteful breakfast! Will come again.
