Tea for Two (or three or four....)

VJOT has a lovely location by the river. The seating arrangement is informal and the colours of the throw cushions give it a very relaxed atmosphere. The mushroom steak with teriyaki sauce is the best I've had. If a cuppa tea is what you're after, you'll not be disappointed from their good... read more

Stumbled upon this place and fell in love right away. First you enter a shop with lots of different tea jars and flavours. This place is a bit expensive but worth it! They have the most delicious macaroons I've ever tasted, 25 baht each. The terrace and garden is idyllic with soothing background music and a view overlooking the ping... More

Positive: - nice location by the river - tasty filo pastries - tasty and original drinks (esp. good variety of lemonades) Negative: - uncomfortable metal chairs in the outdoor seating area - main dishes are very small - the dessert was mealy inside. bad quality should not be served when you charge 180 baht for a small mousse - the... This place is a nice little tea house. My husband and I came here for some tea and to chill out after the chaos of warorot market. We had a seat at the back in the outdoors on the decking. We had english tea and tried the selection of mixed desserts, which consisted of little pastries decorated nicely on a... More

Always love it to come back here -- awesome food, drinks, staff and most importantly the atmosphere itself. Worth staying for hours to do nothing.

This tea house sits by the river. We went in mainly because it started raining but we're glad we did. There is a small amount of indoor seating but plenty of covered outdoor tables and comfortable lounge furniture outside that benefit from fans. A good choice of teas and sweet and savoury foods. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Very... More

The smoothie I had here was amazing. The tea selection is the best I have seen in Chiang Mai so far, which is great. And the vibe of the place is incredible. The sad truth about it, however, is that everything is overpriced. The smoothie was already 120 baht ($4), but on top of that, there is a 10% service... More

Dear Cameron, Thank you for your comment. We would like to sincerely apologise for not explaining clearly when your girlfriends bought one of our tea canister. Each of our tea canister consists of 25g of loose leaf tea. We do also sell loose tea in 50g and 100g in tea bag. We do hope that we will have a chance... More

I came here with my gf even though I don't like tea. When we got the menu I asked her why she brought me to a vegetarian restaurant. She said she didn't know. We decided to try dessert anyway, and it was do delicious. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Cute little tea house in lovely surrounds. Staff were a little hovering , and forgot things like milk and sugar etc but overall a lovely relaxing spot for high tea . Prices are as western prices ...defiantly not budget
