relaxing and delicious

This place is a gem. I really loved the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The service was also excellent -- best I had in Thailand. The menu was extensive, and I wish I could have gone back to try many more of their dishes, but alas I discovered it on my last night in Chiang Mai. I also... read more

Loved the decor - old lamps, ceramics, clocks - reminded me of a house in the old quarter of Hong Kong; lunch was delicious and dessert was the best homemade green tea ice cream ever! A totally unique place to eat from another time.

Stopped by on a whim. Reasonably old decor inside but cosy enough. Food was a little above average but not great. My partner had papaya salad and even though she has a high chilli tolerance was overcome by the potency of the chilli in her salad. She felt quite ill for some time after so beware.

EXPERIMENT - On top of what everyone is saying, I recommend trying some of the less common dishes on top of some classics. No everyone liked them, but they were for sure an experience I have not had before. Recommend the Thai pickles. FAMILIES - you can ask all dishes to be made spice free for kids

Recommended by our hotel. Cozy and informal ambience, fantastic authentic Thai food, and incredible value for money. We had a range of dishes, including appetisers, curries, and noodles. The subtleties of the flavours and freshness and quality of the ingredients rival high-end Thai restaurants in the US/ Europe. They also provide home-made fruit juices and an ice-cream bar which was... More

We ate here every night we were in Chiang Mai. It's a family owned place that gets busy because it's so delicious. We had their green and yellow curries, pad thai, pad seew, tom yum kai soup, friend tofu, friend chicken, spring rolls, and coconut chocolate chip ice cream. The only thing we would have liked that they didn't offer... More

This is a great family run restaurant that is very well know in Chiang Mai. Try the herbal soup and any other dish that sounds good to you. The vegetables are as fresh as can be. Have never had a bad meal here in many many visits!!!

this was probably my favourite place to go to for my meals in Chiang Mai. Went there for 3 meals over 4 days. The atmosphere is quite nice. seems like family run place. The waiter who seems like is the boss there, was a little cold on my first visit but warmed up nicely on subsequent visits. Both me and... More

We were a party of 4 adults who requested our tour van driver to take us to an authentic Thai restaurant frequented by The locals. This was an awesome place for very good food cooked to order. The crispy catfish salad was sublime as well as deep fried snapper. The crispy fried small shrimps pancake was delightful. We also had... More

A favorite of the locals I understand. All Thai menu so if you can't read Thai just point to the picture. Lunch was very good and plain atmosphere.
