I don't why your wasting your time reading this; you found it, the best Mexican Restaurant in Chiang Mai! I believe the owner could of been an orderly at one of the near by hospitals, as the restaurant looks at though everything is sterile and hermetically sealed. In seriousness, the owner is a falang and is one of the cleanest... More

I knew what I wanted, but asked the wrong way, the staff suggested I order it a different way, same food - saved me some baht - they did not need to do that, that is what wins customers, they also serve a homemade salsa (green) to go with your order - wonderful! I'll be back.

This was the 1st Mexican restaurant we tried. Food was ok, but a bit pricey. Nothing made us want to come back again.

We like this place and it's nice to sit on the terrace, but some dishes are little spicy for children. I hope the gonna open one branch in Bangkok so we can eat it more often.

I have been told that Miguel's Cafe has the best Mexican food in Chiang Mai, I will say that it was excellent considering the huge culture barriers, but compared to Mexican food in Texas it was just average. Staff was friendly and the service was good.

Considering how difficult it is to get reasonable Mexican food in Thailand, Miguel's cafe didn't do too badly. I had a soft taco which was better than I expected (having experienced Mexican food in Thailand before) and some nachos which were mediocre. The salsa was local Thai spicy, so beware! I'll be back.

I've eaten here three times in the last two days. I can't expand on what anyone else has said, other than the ingredients are fresh and service is lightening fast. The food quality is higher than most Mexican restaurants in the states. I've been away for a year and everything on the menu is recommended.

Great Mexican food and drinks. It tastes as good as the States and the portion sizes are huge compared to other Thai places. If you are in the mood for Mexican food Miguel is your place.

I've been there a few times. Taco's always very good. I like the beef tacos. Surprising to find this caliber for Mexican food in Thailand. The staff have been very good too.

Having been living 14 years in Asia (mainly in China, Yunnan) - working as tour guide - a good Mexican dinner comes every once in a while pretty handy. I have tried numerous Tacos - from Karhmandu to Kuta Beach - and for the most part its been total crap. Even in Bangkok. A year ago I tried the Mexican... More
