I've eaten here several times. Located "on the moat", they serve food Mexican food. The portions are large and the quality is consistent on each of my visits. Don't be put off by the small store front and few tables in front. They have a large outdoor seating area in back. Service is friendly, if... read more

After our second visit to Miguels, I felt compelled to write a good review as the food we had both visits was great. Our first visit we decided to start with starters before ordering our mains, and ordered the Grande beef nachos and chilli cheese fries (picture 1). The portion size was big and after these we didn't actually order... More

The meals here were large in size compared to most other places around and were fresh and tasted good. Little more on the pricey side if you are used to eating in small Thai places but worth it I think.

This restaurant is one of several good Mexican food restaurants in Chiang Mai. The prices are very reasonable and the food is as good as any I've had in the U.S. The portions are not large, so for example if you order an enchilada, perhaps you might want to order two. The service was great. Parking is limited, but they... More

Not as crowded for a Sunday night but the food quantity and quality is slipping and noticeably so since February. It's as though the chef was on his day off. The night was saved by dessert a piping hot banana burrito and a very good ice cream.

Great nachos with guagamole and fresh made salsa. Burrito wasn't very tasteful and quite bland and boring.

A broad range of Mexican staples cooked well with good service at fair prices. Nothing fancy but does what it ssys on the tin. The desert burritos were great

Food was average, not particularly flavourful, specifically unimpressed with the salsa which wasn't that great. Cost was reasonable but expensive compared to neighbouring restaurants. But otherwise, staff were friendly and good atmosphere.

Why is there so many mexican restaurants in Chiang Mai is a mystery to me, but one thing I know is the one where the dishes taste (and look) the best is Miguel's Cafe. If you want music, drinks and live TV this is not the place, but if you want tasty, fresh food and nice cocktails that's the mexican... More

Loved the atmosphere here. Even the semi-outdoor seating was cool, thanks to their mist-machines and fans. The Mai Thai I ordered was strong on the rum side, which was a first during my visit here. Got the delicious shredded chicken jumbo burrito, with fries on the side. Everything was decently priced. I have nothing to complain about! :D
